Over all in the end this team did everything possible to make me happy and I honestly do appricate their time and effort and patience they all had with all my demands, Sunny Bhela was outstanding his customer loyality was just amazing, i wish i could of done something nice for him for helping me, he was really a good sport throught out everything. Upset with my service!! When I bought my car they had run out of the keys that it originally came with so I had to wait for them to order new ones which took about 2 weeks. F When I bought my car they had run out of the keys that it originally came with so I had to wait for them to order new ones which took about 2 weeks. Finally when they arrived, I brought my car in at 9am to have my new keys installed. They had sad it would take about 3 hours to program the new keys onto my vehicle. I had told them it was keyless entry keys. They then gave me new keys but of the same key! They said those were the only keys available for the car, I was so frustrated I had told them that the car came with other keys and then I explained to them what it was, how I could start the car without me being in it, she then said that was called remote starter not keyless entry, but I would think they'd have that information with them, not take my word for it. Very unprofessional, they should have everything on file and know what parts or keys belong to which car, since they had specially ordered this for my car. It was so frustrating! They then said it would take another 5 hours because they had put other people ahead of me even though I was one of the first to get there!! I had work later that day so I have no other choice but to leave with the car! Definitely do NOT recommend! I still have to go back to get my keys! It is a big inconvenience for me!! More

Great experience! I had a great experience! My parents bought my sister and I our first car and he was a great help with letting us know more about the car and helping I had a great experience! Only concern I have was the company not having the keyless entry key specifically for the jeep so we had to wait for them to order a new pair, so I had to make another trip to the dealership to pick up the new keys. This isn't Amgad's fault but it was a little frustrating. He still was a great help & made my family's experience a nice and enjoyable one! Definitely recommend him. More
