Was in and out of the dealership in 50 minutes. During that time, I had the scheduled oil change, warranty work on the "anti-skid" light on the dash, and a recall "fix" on the windshield washer. The biggest reason I am so impressed with the service dept. at Queenston on the Mountain is the comparison between that, and the service I receive at Eastgate Ford when I take my husband's car in there for service. Wow!!!! My Husband was in an accident and we had to replace our car quickly. The team pushed to get the car ready for us in just 1 day so we weren't without a car. Even though we didn't purchase our former car from Queenston, he went out of his way to give us some help with our warranty to match what our other car had. This dealership doesn't provide Customer Service, it provide Customer CARE. I've never met a Salesman who was working to make a Friend before a Sale. Bottom line is, I will purchase a car from this dealership again just to receive the Customer CARE that they provided us. Thank you for Everything. More
I went to the dealership to have a stubborn headlight replaced on my 2011 Sierra. BJ (and the tech crew) practically jumped out of their chairs to help me out. Not only did they replace BOTH headlights replaced on my 2011 Sierra. BJ (and the tech crew) practically jumped out of their chairs to help me out. Not only did they replace BOTH headlights faster than I could go grab a bad coffee from the coffee machine, he refused to charge me the proper amount of labour that the job would normally pay. Fast, friendly, and generally awesome. I "just might" return again. Cheers boys!! More

I was in a real bind, it was a Friday night and my old car died a horrible death. It was old and it was time and I had been planning on buying a car from Joanne Bateman for some time, but this was a coupl car died a horrible death. Without it, not only can I not get to work, but I cannot go and see our clients. By text messaging and utilizing the Queenston on the Mountain website, Joanne asked some good questions to determine the type of vehicle that would best fit my needs. Then she got Chanel Watts involved. She works in the dealership's finance department. Joanne demonstrated to me that buying a new car would provide me with a better break on the interest rate, serve my needs for a longer period of time, while providing me with peace of mind. Joanne then called me and setup a phone call on Saturday morning with Chanel. By Saturday afternoon, we had the pre-approval for the financing in place. Both ladies were very good at making sure I knew everything that I needed to fax in Saturday and to bring with me on Monday to the dealership. By late Monday afternoon I was driving home in my new Chevy Cruze. Both Joanne Bateman and Chanel Watts did a fantastic and professional job and I cannot think of anywhere else I would rather recommend than these two ladies at Queenston on the Mountain, to any of my friends who are thinking about purchasing a car. -- Joe Montague More
My first visit for a Winter Maintenance package, was shuttled to work by a very friendly man. The service in the shop was fast, precise and friendly. I bought two used LaCrosse's from the Mountain location. One had a vibration that they promised would be fixed before the car was delivered. The vibration was still there when I got the car. Have been trying to get the car fixed and the dealer finally gave up and now say that the vibration is "normal." The second car had air pressures so different that the tire monitor reported a flat tire. I put air in the tires and have had no problem since. What did this dealer do on the predelivery 155 point inspection??? Did they do anyting on the inspections??? I have checked the oil, water etc. myself as I do not trust them to have done it!!!! More
I have been bringing our 2001 Regal to HMP/Queenston since HMP was located on Bay St. That is where I first met BJ. He has been helping me for a number of years. If you had to develop a profile for the Ideal Service Rep.... I'd suggest looking at BJ. He is always friendly and honest. I really trust his advice. He treats my car (and my budget) as if they were his own (e.g., looking for refurbished parts to keep costs down). A couple of times I have brought the car in for service, and after a quick look and a tweak, I was on my way... AT NO COST! Most recently, a part was unavailable on the same day I brought the car in, so BJ set me up with a rental. I can't imagine a place easier to do business with. For me, BJ is the FACE of Queenston on the Mountain. It's actually a pleasure to bring the car in for service and BJ is a big part of that. Next year we plan to buy a new car. A significant factor in our choice will be where we will go for service. I hate the thought of having to take the car somewhere else! I hope the GM execs realize how important the Service Reps are to customer loyalty! Thanks BJ!! More

I had been looking for a vehicle for over a month and found the whole situation to be stressful rather than exciting. I had considered buying a car from a competitor but wasn't 100% happy with their car found the whole situation to be stressful rather than exciting. I had considered buying a car from a competitor but wasn't 100% happy with their car, so driving home I decided to make Queenston on the Mountain my last stop - NO MORE LOOKING. Well I am happy to say I spotted "my" car before I had parked my old Grand Prix. Brian Echlin came over to introduce himself and was very friendly and most of all not in the slightest 'pushy', no pressure to put down a deposit to secure the vehicle like Chevy's competitor, he is genuinely sincere in wanting to help you find a new vehicle and for you to be comfortable with your purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brian as a Salesman to a friend or family member. Chanel helped me secure financing for my 'new to me' car. When I experienced a finance issue (not earning enough $$ without my husband as a co-pay), she said she'd work her magic and she did. All in all Chevy made me feel comfortable and excited about buying a new car :D Tracey W More
