I gave Greg and the staff at Queenston on the Mountain 5 stars all around because of the kind, efficient, knowledgeable service I received. Greg helped me choose a vehicle which thus far has proven to be perfect for me, and he was able to accommodate my colour request and budget - my two biggest concerns. Front shop service was impeccable and I was always treated with a smile. Thank you so much for my new Cruze Greg and Queenston staff! More

I was a little dissapointed at delivery,the truck could have been a little better detailed,has a lot of little scratches as if the cloth for washing was dirty,but Greg reassured me that when I come back in to have the bug deflector installed he would have it waxed to remove the scratches. The promotion for the month of march was $500.00 gas with each car or truck sold,I was told that I was not entitled to that,yet upon phoning,speaking to another salesman he told me that was the promotion and I am entitled to the $500 because it was a dealership promotion,I did purchase during March,I feel I should have recieved the promo,an answer to this would be appreciated. Thanks for a great product,and super people which I have had the pleasure to work with,keep up the good work. Rick More
The guys at Queenston are knowledgeable, honest and fair. They are effecient and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. You get a sense of trust in that place. the service I recieved was exceptional. BJ was very thorough in explaining the repairs that were going to be done on my car and the quote he gave me was what he said it would be. I first visited Queenston on the Mountain on a cold rainy day in December 2011 to look at a new Buick. Right from the start you could tell that they wanted my business as their salesman (Chris Hopf) came out day in December 2011 to look at a new Buick. Right from the start you could tell that they wanted my business as their salesman (Chris Hopf) came out in the rain to ask if he could help me in any way. This was not the first GM dealer that I had visited but their attitude, along with great pricing, earned my business. This was only the first step in what has become a great relationship. Every since taking delivery of my 2012 Buick, the dealership has been there with great service too. Every time I have called for a service appointment, they have been able to give me a time on the day requested and when arriving for the regular service, they have been ready to work on my car immediately. Normal service calls have taken no more that one hour and they have even gone the extra step of washing my car when it was dirty. This is the type of dealership that I want to work with - so much so that my wife is now looking at another Buick product. More
I bought my 2007 GMC Sierra back in 2011 and initially chose to use Leggat Chevrolet as my dealership for servicing my vehicle. I chose Leggat mainly because it was the closest to my house and most conven chose to use Leggat Chevrolet as my dealership for servicing my vehicle. I chose Leggat mainly because it was the closest to my house and most convenient for me to get to. I had regular service work done there for about a year or so with no issues. Not until I had an issue with oil consumption did I encounter any problems. After repeated visits to try and resolve this issue, I was told by the service rep that instead of fixing the problem in my truck, I would need to come into the dealer every time my low oil light came on so that they could top it up for me. My truck was using about a litre of oil for every 1000 kms and the rep actually tried to tell me that this was "normal". This problem was (or should have been) a warranty issue and my sierra had quite a bit of time left under it. After weeks of frustration, I decided to switch dealers. I chose Queenston on the Mountain (which was substantially further from home) and couldn't have been happier. The issue was resolved immediately and they even found some other stuff (also under warranty) that they called me about and fixed at no charge to me. I have been with Queenston ever since and they have been quite friendly, helpful and reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone and it is even worth the extra 30 minutes I have to drive to have my vehicle serviced. More

I brought my truck in for an inspection under warranty and they were more than willing to take a look at it. The Service Adviser I dealt with (BJ Bevan) listened to my concerns about the truck, asking me and they were more than willing to take a look at it. I was kept well informed of the progress and it was returned back to me in a more than timely fashion. I will definitely be recommending some friends of mine with GM vehicles to this dealer for service work...they seem to be one of the top dealers in the area when it comes to customer service! More
