My experience purchasing a new car was definitely positive. When I approached Chris Hopf and asked if I could look at the Camaro he was more than helpful. After about 5 minutes and without breaking any speeding laws I knew this car had been built for me. We then went back and took care of the paper work and they promised me the car would be ready in 5 days. 5 days later I went in to the dealership and picked up my car. Brian called me up one day and mentioned a new program that just came into play and that he felt it was more in line with our budget. We went in to see him and were able to make a deal that was more in line with our budget. We now own a great new GMC Terrain, which is my wifes car and she loves it. Excellent service overall. My wife and I drove into the parking lot just to look at the new Buick Encore. We had numerous questions about the car and Brian came out of the dealership to greet us in the par parking lot just to look at the new Buick Encore. I even mentioned to Brian that it was a good thing that he came outside or we would have left without going inside. All our questions were answered and we went inside to talk numbers. Brian answered every question well when it came to the numbers and was quick to provide costs without hesitation. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed in the price quoted for my trade-in but I believe that is normal and understandable. In the end everything worked out and I am very happy with my purchase.
