Bought a used 2010 Volvo S40 I bought a Volvo S40 2010 from this dealership. I paid the price as asked. Car was advertised with a remote starter. when I received the car, ignition I bought a Volvo S40 2010 from this dealership. I paid the price as asked. Car was advertised with a remote starter. when I received the car, ignition was already "ON". I drove to home and next day I could not start with remote. I called the sales person (Joe) and asked for help. He called me back to bring the car back to queenston which is over 100 km from my home in Guelph. I requested if I can take car to Guelph GM dealership. Joe said "No". So I took car back to Joe. Joe could not start with remote starter and came to know that it did not have a remote start. Only reason I bought this car from this dealership was because of remote starter. Joe asked me to get estimate from Volvo dealership for remote starter and he will talk to his manager. I gave Joe estimate of $475 and followed-up after that. Joe didn't responded. Later I found that Joe is no more working there anymore and another sales person will call back. I did not get back response to compensate for "false info" in selling the car to me and I feel deceived by the management of this dealership. I am not happy with their customer service at all. We purchased a 2010 Honda Civic from your dealership in August of this year. We thought it may need an oil change, etc., before the winter and brought it in to your Service Center yesterday (Dec. 3/13). August of this year. We thought it may need an oil change, etc., before the winter and brought it in to your Service Center yesterday (Dec. 3/13). When we arrived we spoke with Jason Podger who took the time to explain that an oil change was not necessary at this time (guage still showed 80%) and that the various sensors on the car would alert us to what service was needed and when. He also pointed out the pages in the car manual that explained the codes, etc. Jason was certainly very knowledgeable and we really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He also took the time to check and top up the fluid levels. You can bet when service for our car is eventually needed we will certainly be back. Thanks Jason. More

After having a somewhat negative experience at another dealership, my husband and I went to Queenston Chevrolet to check out their inventory. We were greeted by Brian. He was able to provide us with great information about the vehicle we were interested in. They didn't have the exact car we wanted at their location, but we're able to locate one for us and get it there within a day! Pricing was great, and Brian did a wonderful job explaining all of the fine print. We thoroughly enjoyed our purchasing experience, and will be sure to recommend this dealership, and Brian to all of our family and friends. Thanks Brian! I'm loving my new car! More
