Had dealt with Kerry during her stint at Yellow Pages with advertising for our Turf King lawn care service and was always impressed with her helpfulness. So reached out to Kerry and let her know that I was looking. We did some preliminary work at the GM website with a couple of truck configurations. We emailed a bit on some details and pricing. I was in the area and stopped in one day. Kerry was busy but we looked some more at some payload specs. Kerry consulted with the truck specialist and we were able to determine which engine and rear end that we would need. We looked briefly at a inventory list but I said I would prefer a silver coloured pick up as we live on a gravel road and road dust doesn't show up as dirtily on a silver painted vehicle. So we took a walk around the lot, looking at several trucks on the lot. Kerry found one that had all the options that we wanted- it was even a little less expensive than the one we had originally spec'd. Kerry priced out several different purchase and lease option scenarios. We found one that would work for us. We also were able to get a tonneau cover worked into the pricing. We came into pick up the pickup a few days later. Kerry took the time to go over all the features and helped set up my phone bluetooth pairing. Really like the truck and appreciate the good service and attention to detail. Much appreciated. Thank you. More

Best Dealership in the City!!! Went to dealership to look for a new truck. Brock approached me and asked which vehicle am I interested in. I pointed out a vehicle and he said lets take it for a test drive. While on the test drive, he pointed out all the great features and upgrades of this vehicle. This gained my interest and helped me to decide this was the vehicle I wanted to own. So we did the paper work and now I am the proud owner of a GMC red pick up truck. I have returned to the dealership, Brock and the other associates and manager, were very helpful as the company I am employed with also purchased a new GMC service van just two days previous to my purchasing my vehicle. I am very satisfied and excited about the overall experience. My earlier visit to John Bear to look at vehicles was not a good experience. I was taken to a cubicle and the salesman left me there alone for approx. 15 minutes. I seen him with other salesmen laughing and talking and felt they did not want my business. So I left and went to Queenston on the Mountain. This was a much better experience. I was treated like a person. Bravo to Queenston on the Mountain. You have my repeat business. Bought a used 2010 Volvo S40 I bought a Volvo S40 2010 from this dealership. I paid the price as asked. Car was advertised with a remote starter. when I received the car, ignition I bought a Volvo S40 2010 from this dealership. I paid the price as asked. Car was advertised with a remote starter. when I received the car, ignition was already "ON". I drove to home and next day I could not start with remote. I called the sales person (Joe) and asked for help. He called me back to bring the car back to queenston which is over 100 km from my home in Guelph. I requested if I can take car to Guelph GM dealership. Joe said "No". So I took car back to Joe. Joe could not start with remote starter and came to know that it did not have a remote start. Only reason I bought this car from this dealership was because of remote starter. Joe asked me to get estimate from Volvo dealership for remote starter and he will talk to his manager. I gave Joe estimate of $475 and followed-up after that. Joe didn't responded. Later I found that Joe is no more working there anymore and another sales person will call back. I did not get back response to compensate for "false info" in selling the car to me and I feel deceived by the management of this dealership. I am not happy with their customer service at all.
