I took my uplander in for transmission issues and to replace front swaybar links. it took 2 attempts to attend to the transmission problem. The first 2 days it was in made the tranmission issue worse as replace front swaybar links. it took 2 attempts to attend to the transmission problem. The first 2 days it was in made the tranmission issue worse as when the van went from 1 to 2 it would bang loudly. This was worse than the original issue. It was returned to be 'fixed again. But it is still not 100%. after picking the van up a second time there was loud banging when it went over bumps in the road coming from the front ( noticed as soon as I left the shop). Not wanting to go back to the dealership (do to lack of trust) I took the van to my local garage. They found that the 'fixed' links were broken. The mechanic said it looked like there were hammer blows around the links and the ball joints. More

Mike made us feel as though we were family, or at least long lost friends, lol. He never once begrudged us for having to make a road trip to the Rez to do the exchange, and if anything it was a wonderful long lost friends, lol. P.S. Chanel is an awesome member of the team as well, she handled everything with great ease and is so very organized that it makes signing on the dotted line so much easier to know all the paper work is right, on time and in order. I began using Queenston on the Mountain after another Dealer which I had used for several years was closed by G.M. After this occurred I went to another remaining G.M. Dealer in Hamilton- NEVER AGAIN THA Dealer which I had used for several years was closed by G.M. After this occurred I went to another remaining G.M. Dealer in Hamilton- NEVER AGAIN THANK YOU- then Queenston/Mountain. I am very impressed with the quite relaxed yet very professional atmosphere that prevails at Queenston. Messrs Blewitt, Bevan and Podger have all been great to deal with. All 3 are very willing to listen then when a diagnosis has occurred they discuss and recommend in a manner which, to me, inspires confidence that I am in good hands. I promote Queenston to friends and aquaintances at every opportunity. May I say that requirements for completion of this survey are not easy/user friendly. More

Went into Queenston looking for a 2012 Camaro. I met with Tony (Sales), and Mike (Sales Manager). They told me they would take great care of me and do everything they could to get me into the car I wanted. I Tony (Sales), and Mike (Sales Manager). Long story short, I ended up at another dealer who in the end failed to get me a finalized deal after a week of frustrating back and forth issues. I remembered what Mike and Tony said and went back to see them. I decided to see if what they originally told me was just a line or if they could back it up. Well let me tell you that they far exceeded my expectations and took my business seriously. within a day the deal was finalized and they were doing everything they could to locate the Camaro I was after. As of now, I am anxiously waiting to pick up the car I have been waiting for all my life. The level of service that I was given was outstanding and made me wish I had delay only with them from the beginning... Go and see Tony, Mike or any of the staff at Queenston. Tell them it was because of this review if you would. I want them to know how much their service meant to me and that it will surely have a ripple effect because of it. A little out of the way for me to travel to this dealership, but they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with this dealership since 1999 when it was called HMP and then changed to Queenston on the Mountain. I have always had great service and will continue to deal with this dealer. My husband ha called HMP and then changed to Queenston on the Mountain. I have always had great service and will continue to deal with this dealer. My husband has a Montana Van purchased at another GM dealership but only has Queenston on the Mountain service this vehicle as well. BJ Bevan is our Service Advisor on the G5, Montana and our sons Grand Prix and has always given us Great Service. He is the best Service Advisor that we have dealt with over our 13 yrs of dealing with this dealership. Diane Church More
