I just bought my first car, a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, and I was really pleased with my experience. The customer service there was great. Everyone I dealt with was really polite, friendly and helpful. Even though I was dealing with Brain, Betty took me out one day for my second test drive, just because Brian wasn't at work yet and they didn't want me waiting around. She even ran through some numbers with me and then passed me back over to Brian when he arrived. I test drove my car four times before I bought it and no one seemed to mind going out so many times with me. Chanel, who dealt with the financing details was really friendly and got my financing worked out within a matter of hours. The price was great because I received a recent graduate incentive, I redeemed GM points and got an additional $1000 off because of a special deal they had going on in March. I love my car and I'm so glad I went into Queenston. More

We were looking to buy a new car. Our first stop was queens ton on the mountain. Peter approached us and when we said this was our first stop, he said that was great, He answered our questions and left queens ton on the mountain. We left the lot and visited several other dealerships, we were approached and when we said we were looking, they left and did not return. They didn't care......when we needed information, no one could be found We returned to Queenston, Peter greeted us right away, he remembered us and asked if there was anything we needed. We told him we wanted to look at the Cruz...he said why not go for a test drive, he asked what colour car we liked. Once we sat in the car, I knew that this was my car, my husband liked the Equinox but I really liked the Cruz From the first time we stepped into the dealership to the purchase and service appointments, our experience has been exceptional I never hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you for restoring my faith in a car dealership The only negative I had was when we had difficulty with the TomTom. Peter had given us the TomTom to make up for the wait to fill in our paperwork, we were very appreciative to Peter for the thoughtfulness. We are not very savvy electronics minded people and had trouble getting it to work, Peter checked with the manager when I called about it, he said there was no warranty on an after market product, we did get a neighbor to look at it and it is working great now Queens ton on the Mountain is a great dealership.....the best I ever have dealt with Thank you More

My 2009 Montana SV6 had to be towed in due to complete charging system failure and air bags not operational. Within record time frame both problems were diagnosed and quickly repaired. The charging system was easy to locate the problem due to equipment ued by the shop but the air bag took some detective work,trime and carpeting had to be removed and was done with the same care that I would have done if I was doing the work faulty wire conections were located and repaired they took the time to replace the carpeting and trime with better care then they did when the car was put together on the GM assembly line. A new battery was installed and when that is done you loose all your preprogramed radio stations and personal vehicle settings and it is time consuming to put them all back in right WRONG since they took the extra time and kept power to my vehicle while the battery was replaced I lost nothing. Years ago at another GM Dealership in Hamilton similar work was performed on my vehicle and I lost everything and I had to reprogram everything myself and the dealership could have cared less. This was my third time in for different service and each time is better than the first. I have found my new dealership to deal with for now and the future. K.G. Uhelak More
I arrived in the Service Bay shortly after 8:00 a.m., during the morning rush. I only waited a few minutes to speak to my Service Advisor and detail my service requests. I needed a Lube, Oil and Filter during the morning rush. I only waited a few minutes to speak to my Service Advisor and detail my service requests. I needed a Lube, Oil and Filter service, my Drive Clean Test, and an electrical system test...my engine was very slow starting the previous day. After I signed the paper work, BJ invited my to have a cup of coffee in the customer waiting area while my car was taken into the service area. About an hour later, BJ advised that most of my work had been completed, and that I did need a new battery. The battery was available in the Parts Department but the vent (battery is under the back seat) kit was not, and that it would take a few hours to get the vent delivered. BJ suggested I take the Shuttle home and that he would call me when the vehicle was ready. Shuttle driver Ron had just returned to the lot and took me home. At about 10:30 a.m., BJ called me at home to advise that my front disc brake pads were worn out and that my rear brake pads only had 25% left. I decided to have both front and rear pads replace and and BJ's suggestion, to have the brake fluid flushed and refilled, the coolant system flushed and refilled, and the power steering fluid flushed and refilled. I had owned this pre-owned vehicle for almost 4 years and had never replaced brake pads or had any of the fluids replaced. BJ called at about 1:50 p.m. to advise that my vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up. I requested a shuttle pick up. Ron arrived about 15 minutes later and returned me to Queenston on the Mountain whereupon I was greeted by BJ and while I settled my account, he retreived my vehicle from the lot to the service reception area. All in all a very pleasant experience. More
We found Tyler our salesperson to be very likeable and personable. He also saw to it that our car was delivered one day sooner than expected. We plan to speak to Tyler this week about a concern we have with the brakes on the vehicle. How our concern is dealt with will be a determining factor in our final evaluation of our used car purchase experience. More
