I was very pleased with the service I received during my last visit with my Terrain. I had booked an appointment to have the Autumn sevice package performed, and Jason suggested that I also have the 20,000 last visit with my Terrain. I had booked an appointment to have the Autumn sevice package performed, and Jason suggested that I also have the 20,000km maintenance done on the brakes, as the tires would be being rotated, one less trip for me. I also inquired about the few paint chips I have on my vehicle, he checked for the touch up piant kit, it was in stock, and he showed me how and the best way to apply it. He also introduced me to Bob,(I think, he was the detailer)who was also great. He tried to rub out a scratch, that was a bit of a eye sore to any new vehilce owner, even got a bit of black colored wax to buff it out. I was overwhelmed with their efforts to help me, I was not expecting that Jason would take as much time as he did, and then ask for additional aid from another department. Super experience, I'll never dread a visit there with my Terrain, and won't be shy to ask for any assistance with my vehicle. More

My experience with Queenston On The Mountain was Top Rate. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come to Queenston. I dealt with Chris Hopf who was knowledgeable, friendly, n Rate. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come to Queenston. I dealt with Chris Hopf who was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy and gave me lots of time to make my decision. I was able to take the vehicle out for 2 test drives and Chris explained all of the options on the vehicle to me so that I could understand them and showed me the difference between another vehicle I looked at as well. When I decided to purchase the 2011 Chevy Cruze, he directed me to Denise for my financing and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with as well. So informative and helpful and not pressuring me at all about the options I had either. I felt so comfortable with both of them. Chris, when I came to pick up my "New Baby" as I call her now, he got into the car and went over everything inside and out with me and made sure I understood everything and answered any questions I had. He also told me that he was available anytime, and if he wasn't there, any of the other sales people could assist me with any questions I had after leaving the lot to come back anytime I needed to. He also took me to the Parts and Service area to show me around there. He indicated that you have a shuttle service if needed which is great! He gave me a card for B.J. there too which I have heard wonderful things about also. Also as well as filling out this Survey/Review, I also gave Chris and Denise personal Thank You cards and Tim Horton cards as I am a believer in the personal touch as they both seem to be as well. I had thank you calls from them both. Chris has called me also to see how I am enjoying my "New Baby" also. I am so very impressed! There are still companies out there that believe in the customer and have that personal touch and Queenston Chev On The Mountain is one of those.
