Dropped my car off with 2 different issues, came back with the same issues. They stated they couldn’t find anything wrong/replicate the issue when you can clearly hear what I was talking about. This has started becoming a constant issue with this dealership, they now want me to come back in, I live an hour away. I’ve taken my vehicle to other Cadillac dealerships for servicing and they’re always open to listening and helping. I have to go back to get a switch replaced and that will probably be the last time I come here. This dealership is a waste of time. More
