I do NOT recommend purchasing a car at Prestons! I will continue to discourage my family & friends from ever purchasing a car or truck from Prestons. I found they are very friendly and helpful until they get your money, the you're on your own! My Chevrolet Cruze Turbo Diesel is falling apart and Prestons will take no responsibility unless I can show it is a factory defect. I didn't look under the car to see if the pieces were intact when I bought it so how am I to determine that? The fact is, they know I can't prove it, so too bad so sad! The staff in the service department (one individual specifically) is rude, arrogant & sarcastic. The service manager just sits in his office & says no, we don't cover that, doesn't even come out to talk to the customer. I could go on & on, yes there is more! I am looking forward to selling my piece of junk Chev. Cruze, maybe I'll buy a Ford next time. But whateverI buy it won't be from this awful dealership that has zero respect for its customers and takes zero responsibility for its product. More
Warm toes I don't take my vehicles to dealers cause of horrible experiences in the past but I took my truck to Preston today to fix a funny problem.... I finally had warm toes driving home for the first time all winter !!! That's a big deal! And there was no surprises when it came time to pay the bill ... all n all I was very impressed 😊 More

Won't stand behind what they sell Bought a used truck Preston certified, second day home went into the shop could not pull my fif th wheel abs system and sensors gone this was an 1800$ Bought a used truck Preston certified, second day home went into the shop could not pull my fif th wheel abs system and sensors gone this was an 1800$ bill injectors and turbo issues. Had to do a complete 4x4 service and trans service which was on there work order to do. This is all with in 200km. 300 km later truck broke down had back in the shop the maf sensor went and a exhuast manifold had to be repaired along with the 4 tires that was on the work order to replace $2000 bill. Have left messages no reply. They were nice when selling me the truck and now nothing, I hope they have the good sense to rectify this, as my next coarse of action is the media and lawyers. More

wow amazing company on July 4, 2016 I entered Preston Chevrolet in Langley with Abby( Abegail - 1981 GMC motorhome). she was making a terrible noise . I was on my way on July 4, 2016 I entered Preston Chevrolet in Langley with Abby( Abegail - 1981 GMC motorhome). she was making a terrible noise . I was on my way home to |Edmonton when Abby started making a very loud engine noise. I initially went to Canadian Tire in Langley but they were closed so I stayed in their parking lot overnight (thanks for the free wi fi) in the morning they advised that they did not service RV,s and sent me to Preston Chevrolet. - Excellent choice.- I arrived at Preston Chevrolet at 8:30am, Jon Cuhat was amazing. I explained my problem and that I was on my way home to Edmonton. He brought my vehicle in, discussed it with the other staff, and by 10.52 am I was back on the road. thank you Jon for the great service and to the staff at Preston Chevrolet that were so willing to help a stranded traveler. YOU ARE AMAZING More
