Hello Allen. I apologize that we did not have a Cadillac available for you to drive as a courtesy vehicle. We had you scheduled with our courtesy shuttle service until your call the day prior to the appointment, but, unfortunately, we were not able to reserve a Cadillac on short notice. We were able to provide a new Chevrolet Cruze, but I understand that it was not to your satisfaction. If you would like to return for the repairs that were started we would be more than happy to book you another appointment and book a Cadillac at that time.

Hello Cyndi. We appreciate the positive review of your sales experience, but on behalf of Preston GM as a whole, we sincerely apologize that our level of service in having the SRX repaired did not meet your expectations. The delay in your vehicle being ready was due to unexpected damage that had to be repaired, but that is not an excuse for you not being kept better informed. Clearly there were several areas where our communication broke down including the pick-up time, how the deductible is paid and the issue in rectifying the situation with the driver's door. I understand that we can't necessarily make up for all of your inconvenience, but we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you about how to make the things right.
