I was looking for a 2015 Cadillac ATS. when I visited the showroom on the 8th April I was told there were none available (although my local Paper was advertising one at an attractive price). I was pointed towards a Demo, which maybe or not was a good price, which I subsequently purchased. The oil needed changing and the tires were low but this was taken care of quickly. During the negotiations in which wanted to trade my 2005 Lincoln with 68K on it I was told it was virtually worthless ($2500) in spite of it being to my mind immaculate. I kept it and later sold it for twice the above valuation. When my customer went to register it I had to go to the agent to explain why the price was so low. It appears that ICBCs min selling price was above $7000. Your sales people could at least have told me that they didn't really want it and that I could probably get substantially more in the used car market. Sine then you have run an ad in my local paper at least twice and as late as 29 April advertising an ATS at a very low price. More

I was referred to a salesman who sent me all the information including the " clean " carfax report . Drove to the dealership a couple of days later and had a look . Beautiful truck in near mint condition . Dealt with another salesman because the original one , I was dealt with online , wasn't there . The salesman took me into an office and went over vehicles history report and " clean " carfax in detail . Made an offer and it was accepted . Arranged to pick it up the next day . Took a cab from north Vancouver ( $ 100 ) . The salesman was at the door and walked me in to the finance department . Paid the down payment , did half of the paperwork and was sent to the insurance agent to transfer it into my name . After that was finished went back to the finance department to finish up . As I was in the office the salesman was standing at the door waiting for me . Finished the paperwork and he walked me to the truck . Sat in the tuck and he went in the passenger seat and showed me how to use some of the electronic controls . Then he dropped a bombshell . " Oh by the way when we are to busy we sent our vehicles to a subcontractor for detailing . This truck was stolen from there . The box was filled with cleaning products and driven away . It was found later with wheels stolen . Look at the bright side you get new wheels and tires out of the deal ". I was in shock . Didn't know what to do . The deal was finalized and it was registered to me now . Drove home with my stomach in a knot . Looked under the truck closely when I got home and could see that it had dried mud on the bottom of the brake drums and rotors as well as long blades of dried grass stuck in a few places . Obviously driven into a field , had its wheels stolen and left sitting in a field . Couldn't sleep that night and e-mailed the dealership at 3:00 am . They agreed to give me a full refund the next day but stood behind their salesman stating he didn't know about it prior . Yah right . Then why didn't he tell me before I finished the paperwork ? He was standing at the door as I finished ! Drove back to the dealership , canceled the plates , got my refund and caught a cab back home . Another $100 plus and ICBC cancelation fee to boot . The carfax report was obviously taken when they took it in on trade in but wasn't updated after the theft . Terrible experience . Would never buy from or recommend this dealership to anybody . You'd expect better from a dealership that's been in business for so long . More

Brandon Boucher was the salesperson and his professional, respectful, friendly manner played a huge part in my decision to make a purchase that day, as originally I really had no intention of purchasing a vehicle. At the time I was a proud owner of a beautiful 2010 Camaro SS/RS, which was also purchased at Preston. Overall, my experience with the dealership on this most recent purchase was even better than the first. I would say that I feel Brandon has a very bright future in the sales field! Also would like to mention Manny Dhudwal who handled all the financing and particulars to complete the transaction. He was also very professional and friendly. Everyone whom I had contact with that day made me feel as though they truly valued my business. I must also mention that I have always taken my vehicles to Preston for servicing, and have always been treated with the utmost courtesy there as well. I have noticed lately that there has been an even greater effort made to customer satisfaction. They are really paying attention to detail! Thank you Preston! Please keep up the great work.
