Bought a new Cadillac Lyriq 2024 from Preston Langley on Sept. 26th and got service sign of Lithium Ion battery right away at the time of receiving the car. But their salesman said it’s just a software issue and we will fix it next day. We trusted him and got the car home, on the way we realized that the heat was not working of that car. Brought the car back to the dealership next day and it stayed there for almost a 9 days. They said they need to change the AC charge pipe, I was like I don’t want that car anymore. But they totally declined my request and they were like it’s your car now we can’t take it back. After so much argument, we decided to keep it since we didn’t had any other choice. And now I have my car with me for 4 days and I again got the service sign of Emergency service calling and electric drive unit. Now, I will have to take it back to the service and don’t know for how long. This is ridiculous, I am a heart patient and these guys already gave me so much stress. Can’t deal with it anymore. Never ever buy a car from them. Don’t go for Lyriq please! It will give you nothing other than pain 😔😔 More

The after sales service is not the best experience you expect to get from a big dealership. I’ve taken my truck for service since new to them but Maple Ridge GMC will now have my business. Here are my expect to get from a big dealership. I’ve taken my truck for service since new to them but Maple Ridge GMC will now have my business. Here are my issues: If you book at 9am you will still get your vehicle at 5pm after the service department is closed so you can’t even get answers on what work was done, then they will argue for you to pay a bill (even though it was warranty work). They also recommend services that are not required just to get a couple extra dollars out from you. Such as saying that I should pay a full inspection, but don’t let you know what was inspected? Also a warning to all of you: opt out of the car wash, my two year old with a dirty rag could do much better my truck was cleaner then after I got it back. More
