Re: SO #769703. June 24/23. The Advisor for Service was very unaware of the Cadillac Maintenance Programme. (80,000 km or 4 years.) He told me i would have to pay fo June 24/23. He told me i would have to pay for engine air filter, and cabin filter- quoting prices- he said it never happens for free. Started mentioning everything that supposedly wouldn't be covered. NEVER GOT the Warranty Maintenance Tire Rotation either on that day. Very confused. Also was told i didn't have time for the vehicle to be washed, and i said yes i do. Called Preston yesterday, June 26/23, approximately around 8:40 am to speak with the manager of service department- put through to a female's voice mail, where i left my name and number. Called back to Preston after about an hour, and the receptionist said she was on the phone, and would email her my message. Not great customer service as no one bothered to call back. More

I went to the wrong station but they were willing to take me. I had the seatbelt recall done but did not get the Health check done. They are quick to offer a courtesy ride if I need otherwise they offer a comfortable waiti well as professional organization and friendly personnel. Great at what they do but not great communication. Told me my car would take 3-6 hours to get retrofitted, waited 7.5 hours.
