No communication from dralership management when I have an issue with my vehicle. Last time I was in for basic service I was kept waiting for 7 hours. My service advisor was very good. It took several times for my issue to be diagnosed and another 6 weeks or so for the part to arrive. Knowledgeable and helpful in any and all maintenance and servicing for my Cadillac. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Waylon, my service advisor was especially helpful and understanding.
