The appointment time is to drop the off with the advisor, not the time it goes into the shop. This is standard at every dealership. Yes, the staff do wander around, as we are busy attending to business at multiple areas of the dealership. We do have a large number of employees as we are a large dealership. Some are on shifts while others move around in the dealership to other positions. You may not see the same people at every visit.
