The Windsor dealership has a very bad receptionist that controls all staffing based on her mode and welling. I was called twice and booked for maintenance services. In each time I was promised to get a val controls all staffing based on her mode and welling. I was called twice and booked for maintenance services. In each time I was promised to get a valet service, but get cancelled the following day by a call I received from her telling me it’s not gonna happen. Last service she asked the driver who picked the car not to provide me the loaner car I was promised over the phone by her colleague when my car gets picked up. Also , I have pointed out that the charger doesn’t work and asked to get fixed or replaced as it doesn’t work. They returned the car saying there is nothing wrong with it. The charger gets hot after less than an hr. of charging and stops suddenly, leaving the car with minimal charged battery.
