His expertise and guidance helped us to build the perfect car. We absolutely love it, and would not change a single thing. Ajeet was always available any time we had a question, and we trusted the advice he provided. He never attempted to sell us features we didn’t need. He did recommend having the Porsche crest embossed on the headrest, and this was something we had not thought of doing. Now that we have seen how exquisite the seats look with them, we can’t imagine our car without them. It was an excellent suggestion. Patricia Masuda took care of us from a Business/Financial Services Management perspective. She is truly amazing at what she does! Not only is Patricia incredibly personable, she is very organized. She kept the business side of our new car purchase running smoothly. While she is a busy person, she always responded to any inquiries in a prompt fashion. We are also grateful for her regular updates on the status of our car delivery. Matt Greco made our Porsche delivery process such a smooth and fun one. When we walked into the dealership on delivery morning, we didn’t even realize the car wrapped up with a bow was ours. We laugh at how we walked by it, and I told my husband to imagine how cool it would be to receive a present like that, only to have Matt point out a moment later that it was actually our new car. His enthusiasm for what he does, and the quality with which he does it, made an exciting moment even more special. From day one, the entire team at Porsche Centre Oakville has treated us like first-class customers. From the yummy refreshments offered by the Concierges the moment we walk in the front door, to ensuring every detail of our car purchase was perfect, this dealership deserves every five star rating they have received. Very nice, knowledgeable and helpful people without a doubt I'm a newbie to the Porsche line of vehicles. I purchased a new 2017 Porsche Macan in early June of this year at Ottawa's Porsche dealership. I'm plan I'm a newbie to the Porsche line of vehicles. I purchased a new 2017 Porsche Macan in early June of this year at Ottawa's Porsche dealership. I'm planning on storing my Macan over the winter and therefore will need a device to maintain the battery charge for the next 6 months. I was recommended and sold a Porsche standard battery charger/maintainer (Charge-o-mat) here in Ottawa from the Porsche dealership. I made the proper installation for the device and proceeded to charge the battery to my Macan. After 2.5 days of charging, the device failed to reach the maintenance stage let alone a full charge. After viewing a YouTube video from the Porsche Centre Oakville dealership, I decided to call them to get some information about the Charge-o-mat. After a lengthy conversation with the Parts Adviser (Serguei Leonov), I was told that the device sold to me was not the proper unit for my Macan and I was to stop using it as it might cause damage to other components related to the charging process. After further reading and research by Serguei, he recommended the Porsche Charge-o-mat Pro of which was specifically recommended for the Macan 4 cylinder. After returning and exchanging the device for the Pro unit at the Porsche dealership here in Ottawa, I proceeded to make the installation once again on my Macan. The device worked like a charm. It cycled through the charging stages and reached the battery maintainer stage within 5 hours. I must thank Mr Serguei Leonov for taking the time and effort in looking into my problem as it was very much appreciated. The irony here is that the dealership didn't make any money from me other then to give me information and to help me out with my issue ... that's good PR. Thanks again Serguei.
