The experience started from the time we walked into the dealership and each time we dealt with the reception team, especially China, she made us feel welcomed and appreciated; then we met with the sales advisor, Eric who was patient, understanding and empathetic to our needs (we were initially intimidated with all the gadgets in the vehicle but Eric explained it to us very simply and after a couple of viewings we felt very comfortable), When we chose to purchase the vehicle, Sandy the Financing Manager helped us with the most appropriate method for paying for the vehicle and when we picked up the vehicle the hand over specialist Zlad, blew us away with the experience of the "BIG VEHICLE REVEAL!" an experience like no other from any dealership. I recommend for you to purchase a car from Porsche Centre Oakville to experience the BIG VEHICLE REVEAL =)). The one experience throughout all of this that wasn't expected to occur so soon was service but as soon as we got home, we saw that there was a chip on the car and immediately brought it back to the dealership. That experience was also very pleasant as we dealt with Brian, our Service Manager and his team. Therefore in a very short period of time, we went through the entire gamit; from reception, sales, finance, delivery and support. Purely a wonderful experience! I've already asked my sales advisor to contact me when the specific car I am looking for lands in the lot because I already know the type of service my family and I will be getting. There was never any pressure or unnecessary communication. Once I decided to buy new, Nik helped me to design the car that was just right for me. Behind him was a first rate team of professionals. Domenica did her best to get me a speedy allocation, Sandy was on top of the financing, and Pat looked after my trade. Once I decided to trade my new 911 for another one I hoped to love even more (only two months later), they did it all over again. Even Matthew took the time to explain to me why he loved the GT3. Ajeet was always available any time we had a question, and we trusted the advice he provided. He never attempted to sell us features we didn’t need. He did recommend having the Porsche crest embossed on the headrest, and this was something we had not thought of doing. Now that we have seen how exquisite the seats look with them, we can’t imagine our car without them. It was an excellent suggestion. Patricia Masuda took care of us from a Business/Financial Services Management perspective. She is truly amazing at what she does! Not only is Patricia incredibly personable, she is very organized.
