Poor presale interaction. I was inquiring about leasing a pre-owned Cayenne, and received a call and email from Ajeet Kapila. I sent an email with some preliminary numbers -and was totally ignored. Nice work Mr.Kapila. just another example of a stuck up salesperson who adopts the arrogance of the product he supposed to sell. Porsche take a page out of BMWs business strategy and hire individuals who are grounded and motivated to sell, not sit on their laurels and esteem conceit based on brand arrogance. Perhaps this is simply a problem with Ajeet, but from a systemic point of view it's simply a typical "snotty" attitude of piss poor salesman, because really at the end of the day that's what you are, a salesman. Dont be fooled by the P logo Typical no name dealer Three words for them! Unethical, liars and cheats.....started giving us a runaround and offer us nothing equivalent in return after messing up with a Three words for them! I spoke to all @ the dealership including GM & later the head office and then to Porsche N.A but to no avail!!! these are thugs who want you to throw your hard earned money on their 2 for 1 suits while acknowledging their egocentric attitude....everyone knows who and where that huff and puff is coming from....mine and other.customers hard earned dollars!!! My advice.....stay away and don't be fooled by these positive reviews and their logo ADVICE: Always research on multiple sites and call and talk to others who have dealt with such a dealer .....hopefully some day my tax dollors will work to protect me and make me feel safe where I live....The irony is that the laws are protecting them and if i have an issue, I have to go to court to prove it......why so much inequality? My New Cayman From my first visit in December to ordering my car in January and receiving delivery a few weeks ago, the entire experience with Porsche Oakville as b From my first visit in December to ordering my car in January and receiving delivery a few weeks ago, the entire experience with Porsche Oakville as been fantastic. Ajeeet has been with me through the entire journey and has been fantastic. He took the time to explain all options available and worked with me to design my car and keep me informed on a regular basis on delivery times. I must also compliment the receptionist at the dealership. They are very accommodating always making sure you have a coffee!!! and make you feel welcomed. I would also like to thank Harris who took the time to show me all of the functionality on the Cayman on the day I picked it up. I would definitely recommend Oakville Porsche to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Porsche. The service model is superior!! I love my Cayman!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
