I was first introduced to Porsche by m I have done business with Porsche Centre Oakville since 2014 and it continues to be the journey of a lifetime. I was first introduced to Porsche by my trusted advisor - Ajeet Kapila. I have done business with Ajeet for 10 years and in that time I have come to know that his credibility, professionalism, passion, and unwavering dedication to delivering outstanding customer service are beyond reproach. Ajeet has always done exactly what he said he was going to do and even has the courage to tell me when he believes I am making a wrong purchase decision. That is credibility you can't buy. So as soon as I heard that Ajeet had joined Porsche Centre Oakville, I immediately began looking at Porsche as my next vehicle supplier. Am I ever glad I did! I started off with a base 2014 911 Carrera and since that time I have traded up to a 2014 Carrera S, and then a 2016 Carrera GTS. I also replaced my daily driver (BMW 335xi) initially with a Macan S and just recently took delivery of a Macan GTS in November. I have never regretted a single purchase from Porsche Centre Oakville. The only thing I've regretted is having to part with each one of these special vehicles in order to get the next one. Porsche ownership for some can be an emotional experience. For me, it definitely is. So I was very touched when out of the blue, I received a commemorative ownership pylon for my first 911 Carrera from Ajeet. At the time, Porsche had only started making the pylons when I purchased the 911 Carrera S. So Ajeet contacted Porsche and went out of his way to get me the pylon because he knew how special it was to me. This example just goes to show you the type of person Ajeet Kapila is. I don't know if Ajeet ever sleeps because he constantly returns emails every hour of the day. Whether its 1pm or 1am, Ajeet has always been 100% accessible for any questions I have. Ajeet is the embodiment of customer service excellence and I recommend him highly for anyone exploring Porsche ownership. Behind every one of my purchases has been Sandy Couto. Without Sandy's hard work and dedication, I would not have been able to purchase the vehicles that I have from Porsche Centre Oakville. Sandy even took the time to illustrate and demonstrate the various levels of vehicle wrap for me when I was purchasing my first Macan and I didn't how it would look and how much of the vehicle the various options covered. Something definitely not part of Sandy's normal job description, and this leads me to my next point, which is the staff of Porsche Centre Oakville always go "above and beyond" for their customers, and they care about the details. EVERY single employee I meet and/or interact with at Porsche Centre Oakville is 100% committed to my satisfaction, and to going above and beyond to exceed my expectations at all times. Whether it is the guys that greet me when I bring my vehicles in for service asking me if I want something to drink, or whether it is the great conversations I have with the shuttle drivers on the way back home, or the person who helps me check out the loaner vehicle, or talking with Mike Gosselin over the latest cool performance enhancements and seeing his passion for the topic, or exchanging emails with John Licari over drivers selection items and vehicle accessories, or Lee who restored the interior and exterior of my snowy and hockey children-occupied Macan GTS to showroom condition, or Belinda who shared a recording of the glorious sound of GT3RS' at a racetrack event, or Ajeet who asked for my key when he saw that I was in the dealership and suddenly my vehicle showed up freshly washed, there are a team of dedicated people whose sole purpose is to make you satisfied and happy. So I feel a tremendous sense of gratitude for all that they do and I want to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to the entire Porsche Centre Oakville team for everything you do every day. YOU are what makes Porsche Centre Oakville a place that I really want to be at. So I encourage anyone considering Porsche ownership to go to Porsche Centre Oakville and experience this great team and the passion they have for the brand and for customer service. Ajeeet has been with me through the entire journey and has been fantastic. He took the time to explain all options available and worked with me to design my car and keep me informed on a regular basis on delivery times. I must also compliment the receptionist at the dealership. They are very accommodating always making sure you have a coffee!!! and make you feel welcomed. I would also like to thank Harris who took the time to show me all of the functionality on the Cayman on the day I picked it up.
