They are slow and seams like the whole service department needs updating. They are still set up like in the 80's. We went in for an oil and filter change that shouldn't take more than an hour or 2 max, with needs updating. They are still set up like in the 80's. We went in for an oil and filter change that shouldn't take more than an hour or 2 max, with an appointment and it took them 6 hours and no car wash like most other dealerships give you as a curtesy once the service is completed. They did give a small discount for the inconvenience but I had to ask for it. More

Is there a rating below zero? My car's transmission died 7 months out of warranty with only 68,000km. A warranty that was extended by a legal settlement to 7 years and 100000k I live 43km from the dealership. After arranging for a tow, I was informed that i might be eligible for a goodwill review and a 70/30 split of the cost of the repairs. After 2 weeks, and being without a car for 3, I was informed that I was turned down for any assistance. And was informed that I had to pay for an "Inspection" that resulted in no repairs. When asked for options, technician said that my car was "junk", and only worth $500.00. But would refer me to sales. In the interim, I was offered $2000.00 from another car dealer for my car, as is, for a trade in. Salesguy then offered to sell me a 2018 version of my car, with the same mileage and transmission as mine for 16k. Lucky me. If you are looking to purchase a Nissan with a CVT transmission, my advice is to not to. As a follow-up, Nissan called and after reviewing my case, and quoting me 7050 +tax to replace my transmission, Nissan offered me a $50.00 gift card for my trouble Seriously. More
