Dealer people were polite and understanding but overwhelmed with work. The car was there all day. Being overwhelmed affected the experience. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. What really stood out was how respectfully and attentively they treated customers—it didn’t feel transactional at all; it was genuinely customer-focused. It’s rare to find a service team that combines efficiency with such a personal touch. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be returning for future service needs and would confidently recommend them to others. More
9:15 AM Appointment Schedule by Nissan not a customer choice, Edward calls me at 3:48 to tell me that the only service can be done is Oil Change but not Engine Coolant Flashing due to busy schedule. He asked to set another appointment for a later date. Waiting for 7 hours for the response is absolutely unacceptable. He should call earlier the customer if they cannot complete the service. More
