The sign outside the dealership said 0% interest and it is actually 4.49% and now with the increase of months its going to cost even more! And on top of that Now they want to take my mom’s car as a trade in value for their car and she needs the car for work, like who do you think you are? Do I have my human rights to change my mind overnight? This is a very big purchase for me and I need to build credit Score. More

The vehicle was only 5 years old at the time and had low mileage. It was explained to me at the service counter that it was damaged, very friable and was" ready to go at any minute". I was given a written estimate for repair which was around $900.00 . I went home and 3weeks later took the car to an independent auto mechanic. I asked him to give the vehicle a going over, as I was headed out on a long trip and specifically asked him to look at the serpentine belt and relayed what I had been told by the dealership. The mechanic called later in the day and provided me with a list of issues that need to be fixed,(some of them should have been covered by regular maintenance from the dealership,) but was very clear that there was nothing wrong with the serpentine belt. The car is now 10yrs old, still driving it, no problem with the belt and the independent checks it every time I go in for service. You got it, I am a woman. Draw your own conclusions. More

My wife took the car up to Deep River and she had no heat on the way back, she tried everything except turning it off and on. I contacted the service manager and told him of the problem and scheduled a service appointment and of course everything worked perfectly. He said he would order a new control panel and replace it when it arrived about 2 weeks. The part arrived and I had a call to bring it in and it was replaced in about 1 1/2 hrs. No problem ever since. Great Job Mike C. Dundas On More

Service damaged car without notifying me.. during oil change Went for a simple oil change and they damaged my car without notifying me. The car was returned to me and I discovered the side mirror was damaged along with a scratch on the door. After notifying them, I was told it was melted from before and that they do not have security cameras. Luckily for me, the technician admitted he damaged the car After I raised my concern. The manager then offered to replace the mirror and buff the scratch. After coming in again the mirror was replaced, but was still protruding from the car irregularly. I requested another appointment for them to install the mirror the same way it was before, but they did not schedule me in. This isn't the first bad experience I've had with them. If you need any servicing, I highly recommend going anywhere else. You probably won't be notified if they mess up anything with your car. More
Service Don't take your car to this dealership for service. They have no clue what they are doing. Went for a noise I was hearing with my car. Turns out it w Don't take your car to this dealership for service. They have no clue what they are doing. Went for a noise I was hearing with my car. Turns out it was the break bearings. When asked if the break pads also need to be changed - they didn't look at it. They had to be told to check it out. If you as a mechanic don't know to check an entire break system when the pads are also important, I am not confident in their services or their prices. This dealership is completely unprofessional and I question the training of their staff. A lot rides on your tires folks! For your own safety - go somewhere else! More
Worse Car Buying Experience Ever After working with a respectful, attentive and professional sales person (Giancarlo) my wife and I were delighted to make a deal on a 2015 Murano. We After working with a respectful, attentive and professional sales person (Giancarlo) my wife and I were delighted to make a deal on a 2015 Murano. We were thrilled. However, things turned sour after being berrated and pressured into purchasing extended warranties and other extras by the Business Mgr Orest. Even though we told him we had no intention of spending more before entering his office, he continued a prolonged and aggressive hard sell until my wife solded him & we were about to walk out of his office. We held firm from Orest's verbal assault and walked out feeling horrible. I had never experiened this level of "hard sell" with any other dealer - in fact, once I signalled I did not want any extras, other dealers backed off straight away. But not Orest! Never again will I subject myself to this type of verbal assault. I am letting Nissan Canada know about this. More
Estimates for Unnecessary Repairs My air conditioner on my 2002 Pathfinder was not blowing cold air. I brought it to the dealership for a diagnosis. I was told by the mechanic that I My air conditioner on my 2002 Pathfinder was not blowing cold air. I brought it to the dealership for a diagnosis. I was told by the mechanic that I required a new compressor and a high pressure a/c line to make the air conditioning operational. The estimate provided to me was for approximately $1214.15 including parts and labour. I thought about it for a day or two and decided at that point in time I did not feel comfortable with the estimate given my budget and horror stories that I have heard about dealerships (this vehicle was always serviced by my mechanic at his shop). So, I got speaking to someone in the industry and they suggested I try another dealership and see if they found something different. Well, they did find something different. I did not require a compressor, but, I did require the high pressure line and an evaporator for a grand total of $350. The Nissan mechanic told me he had never encountered a Pathfinder that needed to have the compressor replaced. That being said I would never suggest this dealership to anyone ever. If I could give no stars in my rating I would do so. More
Turned away by service for a warranty issue After taking my car in because of an intermittent problem with a headlight I was turned away and told to "bring it back when it isn't working". Since After taking my car in because of an intermittent problem with a headlight I was turned away and told to "bring it back when it isn't working". Since the light only malfunctions rarely and I only drive this car during the summer I was never able to bring the car to the dealership while the light wasn't working and while I could take the time off from work. More recently I brought the car to a different dealership. After leaving the car there for one day they diagnosed the problem despite the light working when I dropped off the car. Unfortunately, my warranty is now out of date and Nissan Canada refuses to offer good-will to repair it. I'm now stuck with an $800+ bill because Plaza Nissan's service team didn't care enough to diagnose the problem for me. Shame on Plaza Nissan for not taking my problem more seriously and shame on Nissan Canada for refusing to rectify the problem. More
