In fact, I was very pleased with our experience at Platinum. On our first visit I simply told the salesman that we would respect his time and asked for reciprocity - the same way we began our journey at a dozen dealerships previously (but only received at two or three). Ryan emphatically said that was the culture at Platinum. We had heard that several times previously. Well Ryan, Chris and Shawn walked the talk - we heard words like respect, family, fun and best deal. I can say their actions (which we all know speak louder than words) actually made my daughter smile, laugh and be able to enjoy what SHOULD BE an enjoyable experience. From watching my daughter cry and want to stay in her old vehicle to the joy in her voice when she called me and said she now "owns a new Mitsubishi" brought me happiness - just as a dad wants. I sincerely hope that the vehicle, the service and our relationship with Platinum and Mitsubishi is as rewarding and respectful as our BUYING experience was. RYAN, CHRIS & SHAWN...THANK YOU from a finally satisfied Dad! Dads and young car buyers I would suggest including Platinum in your plans on your car buying journey. More

My last experience with another dealer ( different brand) was not so great. There was also a few problems that came with my getting another vehicle. Susan and Shawn were easy to talk to and very patient as I asked question after question. They also were very respectful of my being cautious and were great! Chris Best was AMAZING to deal with!!! He walked me through each step and stayed in communication. At this point I am thrilled with my purchase and the people I dealt with. I hope that the experience stays positive, I really feel it will. Thanks guys! I would MOST definitely recommend Platinum to others. I already have! More
False warranty (At 71,000km. warranty denied) The much advertised warranty is utterly false. If you need warranty work they will claim you abused your vehicle and deny your warranty. Total fake 10 years or 160,000 km warranty. RUN AWAY!!! I did buy used Mitsu Endevor 2009 used from this dealer with ~36000 km. very comfortable SUV. At the time of this review I've got 142,000 km. I still like this SUV, however the problem is with warranty. It supposed to bo 10 years/160000 km, but the devil is in detail. Every time going for service is like pulling your hair. Nothing is covered!!! Are you kidding me??? At ~74000 km both gas springs on the tailgate collapsed. Service adv. Chris said this was due to excessive wear and tear (too many closing/opening), so they would not cover. After haggling with him for a while he said he would talk to the manager. Well turned out to be warranty repair. Thx. Couple of TPMS sensors defective. the same thing they covered one refused 2nd. They said it was my fault. There was a hairline crack in the casing. Really??. However the worst thing has been with ENGINE Light coming ON and OFF since about 64000 km mark. They have been trying to fix it with NO LUCK. At least twice a year since 2012, every year. Now they claim, that all electrical components, sensors warranty is only up to 100K. Because, I passed that mark long ago, and OLD fault is NOT repaired, everything is $$$cashing, This warranty 10 years/160K is only to get your attention, and there is ONLY HAGGLING after that, when you want to claim the warranty repair. Only they know what is included, and what is not. Terrible experience. Make sure you have it on paper signed what's in it. From the few conversations I"ve had with them it seems, they DO NOT CARE!!! More
