Worst Experience I've Ever Had I went to this dealership with the intentions of purchasing a 2014 Mitsubishi RVR. Loved the vehicle, but found the salesperson Katherine to be condes I went to this dealership with the intentions of purchasing a 2014 Mitsubishi RVR. Loved the vehicle, but found the salesperson Katherine to be condescending. I ignored it, and continued the process to buying the vehicle. We discussed numbers, and after they took a little bit off. I went to the finance office & filled out an application. I was told I was approved at a higher rate then 0%, and all the numbers were different. I have great credit and couldn't understand it. They were adding things, and hiding things. I felt uncomfortable and wanted my deposit back!!! But they refused, and said it was non refundable. I felt pressured and bullied into buying the car. Would not recommend to family n friends. VERY shady dealership. BEWARE More

As a customer I was impressed with the quality service she provided, quick at calling/emailing back with any questions or concerns, great listener and most important she was honest. She didn't push me into buying a vehicle that was out of my budget, like most sales associates usually do for a bigger commission. Please do NOT go to this dealer. Their general manager Robert is a jerk. He will not talk to you once he gets the deposit from you. He hung up on me and said I wasted their salesperson’s time when I asked Robert is a jerk. He will not talk to you once he gets the deposit from you. He hung up on me and said I wasted their salesperson’s time when I asked about possibility of a deposit refund. No special delivery was made and he was adamant that there was no way for a refund. On vehicle pick up on a new outlander, they gave me a car with rusts all over the bottom and he told me that was normal. I asked to see another new car of the same model, he replied “I don’t have time to put up another car” and said he would ask the service ppl to clean it up. Do you think you can really “clean up” rusts? He never introduced himself and just stood there and stared at you. I even thought he was one of the service persons who couldnt make final decisions until someone else told me he was the general manager. He has no professional manner. The minute he talks to you, it feels like he is throwing bomb at you.. I'm not sure how the 10 yr warranty would go if their customer service is like this. It feels like he wants you to be out of the door once you put the money down. Absolutely not looking forward to going back any time in the future....PLEASE DO NOT GO!!!!! More
