I am very sorry you feel this way about our service. We do try our best to make everyone happy and fix the problem right away and without incident. This specific issue while we are not saying is not happening, our service team is unable to duplicate the noise on test drive. This is a requirement for us to claim warranty with Mitsubishi. While we do admit that this criteria is causing you some distress, our intention is not to deny warranty but to be able to duplicate and pin point the cause so that we can make a warranty claim ( if parameters are met) We are not allowed to fix something on warranty unless we can duplicate the concern in our shop or on a test drive with one of our mechanics. We get no advantage by denying the existence of an issue as we are not able to claim any diagnostic time from Mitsubishi without a warranty confirmation, this is why we do upon write up explain and get authorization for a diagnostic charge only if the issue is not present or not deemed warranty.
