This is the tenth car i have purchased in my life and by far the best experience thanks to Randeep my salesperson . I was looking for a car for 2 mths and could not find a local salesperson that would put far the best experience thanks to Randeep my salesperson . I was looking for a car for 2 mths and could not find a local salesperson that would put a honest effort into finding me a car . I found this vehicle online and watched the video walk around that Randeep performed which was awesome . I was very nervous buying this car without seeing it in person however Randeep sent me all the pics i requested and answered all my questions honestly . Randeep met me halfway and delivered the vehicle to me ! He also bought me a coffee at Tim Hortons and took the time to have a good conversation with me . I worked at 2 different local dealerships in service and have 8 years experience between the two . I know a good salesperson and a honest one when i meet them . Randeep is definitely one of them ! Worst experience at a car dealership ever! !! Got a text 10 minutes before arriving ( after driving for an hour to get there)for an appointment to tell us the car we were going to drive was no !! Got a text 10 minutes before arriving ( after driving for an hour to get there)for an appointment to tell us the car we were going to drive was not available to test drive, because the salesperson drove it home and was sick that day...only to find out 2 hours later the car was sold. Unprofessional, would never go back. More

I had an accident back in November and Planet ford especially Rajinder Hunjan (service specialist) has been so patient with me in getting car parts not pushing to use theirs, and holding on to my car especially Rajinder Hunjan (service specialist) has been so patient with me in getting car parts not pushing to use theirs, and holding on to my car for over 3 months in there lot. Worst place to go for service ever. Called 3 times in 2 days and no one responded to my calls. Went into the dealership to book my oil change and tire service, 4 reps sitting there, stood there for almost days and no one responded to my calls. They planted there heads in there computer looking busy. Never again would u we me at this dealership. More

I didn’t think I could encounter such unprofessional people. Peter has been incredibly rude and dishonest. I am awfully dissatisfied by the customer service that was provided.
