This dealership is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. There service is null and void. All they are concerned about is getting you to sign on the dotted line to by a vehicle. We purchased 2 new cars and as soon as we drove off the lot - the problems were ours. The tire bulged less than a week later. We had to fight to get them to deal with it and the only reason why they finall lot - the problems were ours. The tire bulged less than a week later. We had to fight to get them to deal with it and the only reason why they finally did is because the financial advisor (LEXI) advocated for us and told them we would not buy the second car that was waiting for pick up. Lexi was the only professional person we dealt with there. We dropped it off and were called to pick up the "fixed" tire. We received the exact same tire back (bulge and all). The bluetooth didn't work right from the start. We booked an appt to have it looked at, complete a recall, and do an oil change. They only completed the oil change and said they didn't have time to fix it and that the rest of the work order had been overlooked. We were advised to book, yet another appointment. We had to rebook a month later. Recall was finally done, bluetooth is still not working. The bumper is peeling and this took several calls to address. All this in the first 2 months. Now, we have been waiting for about 5 weeks (since they do not have a courtesy car available) for them to deal with the bumper. Never once has the dealership called or reached out to us - we have had to chase them down and call to find out what is happening. every step of the way. This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, and "pass the buck" dealership we have ever dealt with. BE AWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES FROM HERE! More

Uneducated or outright liars; either way I don't recommend When purchasing the Veloster we asked about getting the tire and rim package for $500 that is offered with the car. We were told by both staff and management that that package didn't exist and that it must be only for the USA. I purchased the vehicle without the tire and rim package since I was told it didn't exist. A few days after picking up my car I was shown by someone else exactly where that package is described. I went back to show the staff at Hyundai. One staff member wrote a letter stating that I had asked about the package pre-purchase and that I was told it didn't exist. The manager and a guy from head office both basically said that it's my loss, nothing they can do even though I have signed proof that I was after that deal before the vehicle purchase and purchased without it because I was told I was crazy, that deal is not real. Only thing they could offer was for me to buy the tires and rims at full cost (I offered to pay the $500 cash for the package I was wanting in the first place). I feel like I was lied to and the management was underhanded and sneaky in order to get a car off the lot. I will never purchase another vehicle from Peterborough Hyundai. Hyundai is a nice car but not worth dealing with staff who are either very uneducated in their product or outright liars. Unfortunately I will be stuck dealing with them for the next 5 years until my warranty is up.... More
