I'd like to start by stating that I am not one for writing a review, let alone when purchasing a vehicle from a used car dealer. My experience began, like most others, by, "I'm just kicking tires, do writing a review, let alone when purchasing a vehicle from a used car dealer. My experience began, like most others, by, "I'm just kicking tires, don't waste your time on me". The salesman was un phased by my initial comment, and continued to chat with me despite the fact that there was more than a drizzle in the air. As time marched on, I became less defensive and began to open up to this no pressure salesman. Before the end of the day, and I might add that closing time had come and gone, I had purchased my 4 Runner. During the trade in process, phone messages were returned promptly and paperwork completed on time. When it was time to pick up my completely detailed 4 Runner, I was once again greeted by an enthusiastic, friendly salesman. In addition to my shiny vehicle, there was a gift that his wife had made, placed on the dashboard. I'm not one for writing reviews, especially one for a used car dealership, but the salesman not only met my expectations, but surpassed them by a mile. Oops...1.6 km. Zak Burton always exceeds my expectations. He genuinely cares about his customers. His dedication doesn’t end when you drive off the lot.
