We did wander the parking lot and as they say "kick some tires" No-one came to bother us at all for quite some time and then Keith came by and introduced himself and did not push at all. He was exceptional at his job and took the time to listen. We liked him right away as one knows that some of these agents are hard to take --well Keith was calm with a very understanding personality.. I visited this dealership a few weeks ago and spoke to a wonderfully friendly gentleman named Jeff. He was very patient and helpful while he gave me a tour of vehicles that met my "wish list" requirements a wonderfully friendly gentleman named Jeff. He was very patient and helpful while he gave me a tour of vehicles that met my "wish list" requirements and stayed in my budget. The test drives of the two vehicles I was most interested in were very helpful to my decision making process. I am the type to take my time with a major purchase, and while I have not made a definitive decision, Jeff and the dealership of Performance Toyota are certainly in the top two dealerships that I will be returning to in the next few weeks.
