beware of ford warranty The buying process was decent (bought my second new truck here within 4 years). But when I got an issue with my new truck,bad smell coming from vents The buying process was decent (bought my second new truck here within 4 years). But when I got an issue with my new truck,bad smell coming from vents,I was left wondering. Brought truck on for smell Isis and for some rattling noise.(dropped it off early morning) Struggled to get to work ,around non called dealership to inquire about my truck. Service advisor told me the smell is there but she waits for Ford technical support for resolution.the rattling noise was caused by a stone trapped behind my y pipe and I have to pay for this. When asked if is a joke she got Ryde and hanged up on me. Picked up the truck ,they waived the "stone removal fee" and was told I will get called once they have answer about the smell issue. 2 days phased by, called back ,inquired again ,was told the service advisor in charge with my problem us out of town and nobody else knows anything. Called Ford 1800. number to see if they know more ,nope they did not know anything,told have to wait. 2 weeks passed by called back again, after couple attempt finally found service advisor. She told me I have to take truck back for deodorant procedure ,asked if I can drop it off at 4 pm she said is to late asked if I can dropp it off. Friday at 4 pm so they have it for Saturday she said they don't do that work on Saturday.I said I need a way to get to work. , she offered me shuttke service which starts to late and will be late for work (work 40 km outside of Windsor. Called again 1800 number Ford rep told me is not much he can do about my case, so I gave up an found a different dealer more accommodating so my business goes away fro Performance Ford due to their rudeness. More
poor customer service and fake promises i buy ford transit cargo van from windsor performance ford and got in trouble coz my salesperson (Greg Gill)promise to install $2000 accessories which i buy ford transit cargo van from windsor performance ford and got in trouble coz my salesperson (Greg Gill)promise to install $2000 accessories which was offered from ford and it has been 3 months i buy that vehicle and now Greg Gill is not answering phone nor listening to voice mails i leaving him everyday. i talk to manager and he pulls up my file and says that nothing is mentioned in papers . i will never reccmend anyone to buy vehicle from this dealership . my friend buy from london dealership and they explain him everything crystal clear and did everything to make customer happy. i really want some one to take action for greg gill promises. thanks More
