Upon safety before my car was picked up, they notified me that their was a stone chip in my windshield and notified me it was going to be replaced before pick up. Even though I haven't even picked up my vehicle from them yet, I am extremely pleased with the courtesy and helpful advice they have given me. The salesman Jerry Hartford was personable, professional and even offered to look in his database for the value of the car that I had claimed on my insurance due to an accident, so that I knew the appraisal was inline with what it's current value is. I highly recommend this dealership and will work with a Rafih dealership again! More
