I would rate them lower if I could-Terrible Dealership-the buying process took over 3 and 1/2 hours-had a new salesperson and any questions we had he had to go get answers from other people. Should have had an experienced salesperson helping him out-also picking up the vehicle took 1 and 1/2 hrs. as again new salesperson did not know the process!!-Many people were new or leaving dealership-NOT A GOOD SIGN!!!!- would never buy from this dealership ever again-Finance person put in wrong # for my son's chequing account and Ford Credit had to call my son to get correct account Info. even though my son gave and sent correct info by phone!!-_Chuck left dealership soon after (Finance Manager) for another dealership-good riddance-almost caused my son's credit rating to go down even though payments were coming directly out of his chequing account More
