Hi Blake, I am sorry we couldn't come to a mutually agreed upon deal on the vehicle you were looking for - I admit I am somewhat shocked and saddened to see your review here given our friendly and personable interactions every time you visited the store. As we know, there was a misunderstanding related to the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty duration that came complimentary with the vehicle, and unfortunately we did try to get you an interest rate that was unavailable which amounted to the difference out of pocket you mention. Geoffrey thanks for responding. Yes its too bad this deal fell apart at the end over the Apple Car Play that was to be installed and agreed upon on the Invoice. All the other issues explained above were still hard to get over. When Joe called me 5 days before picking up the vehicle and told me that you would not honor the Apple Car Play install and I had to pay for it and go to Toronto to get it done I knew that with all the other issues mentioned in my initial post that your used car apart of your dealership in my opinion is one that really does not have the honesty that is expected. When I did deal with you it was personable as you were one of the managers that did try to help when your sales team made the mistakes. It's like Joe said if you don't want no worries we will sell it to someone else and gave me money back. He did not care that he went back on what was agreed upon. Thanks again for the response.
