This dealership has absolutely no integrity and will openly lie to you hoping you don’t know any better and won’t research what they tell you. When you expose the lies to dealership management they wil openly lie to you hoping you don’t know any better and won’t research what they tell you. When you expose the lies to dealership management they will back pedal and say you obviously must have misunderstood them. I contacted BMW Canada to tell them of my experience and they were quite interested. Apparently they have received other complaints. I did however find a GTA dealership that has both honesty and integrity and will likely make a purchase with them. Run don’t walk from Performance BMW and hold onto your wallet. They really don’t know what customer service is all about and will do whatever it takes to maximize their profit. More
