Worst used car sales dept I have ever dealt with. They changed pricing, changed what was agreed upon even though a deposit was made. The salesman Joe changed the story about the previous owners of the SUV 3 times. They changed financing offers again that were in writing. Finally after I agreed to pick the car up in 5 days they changed the deal again asking for me to be out of pocket another $500. Be careful dealing with this dealership as even if it is in writing they can still change it or not honour it. Glad I did get my deposit back. More

What I like about Performance BMW is they take care of you well after the purchase. She was prompt, detail oriented and professional all the way, yet still friendly and personable. I was comfortable with her at the helm, especially with the delivery of my new car. If you're looking for cheap wheels, this isn't the place; but if you're looking to be pampered and well looked after, there's no where else. A great car should come with an outstanding dealership behind it, and Performance BMW delivers. I highly recommend them. More
