Performance BMW actually listened and helped address the issue I was having with the vehicle’s navigation instead of using excuses of warranty coverage like other nearby dealerships. Definitely worth the dr issue I was having with the vehicle’s navigation instead of using excuses of warranty coverage like other nearby dealerships. Definitely worth the drive to them, and they even arranged for a loaner vehicle. The entire service team are great, Kim (service manager) is exceptional from the time I called all the way to following up and making sure I was satisfied with the service. I was looking online ( kicking tires ) and then Toney called me - within 1/2 hour I was test driving a BMW x1. Loved it - very confused about all the accessories and packages - within a few minutes we fo called me - within 1/2 hour I was test driving a BMW x1. Loved it - very confused about all the accessories and packages - within a few minutes we found my dream car . And they were already looking at my 2014 Mercedes for trade in value. I left the place - next morning - we were able to make a deal . Then 4 days later ( they helped me so much with change of ownership and insurance etc) ( I hadn’t purchased a car in so long - so was blind at what exactly what was required) … anyways they absolutely took care of all the little details and logistics. Toney, Denise&micheal were the best . Highly recommend More
