My wife and I recently visited Performance BMW to view a Pre Owned vehicle seen on their website. After my retirement my wife and I reduced ourselves to one car however we have found that awkward in certain Pre Owned vehicle seen on their website. As a previous and current satisfied BMW owner, our choice was easy for Brand selection. Our visits with Performance was outstanding from reception to negotiation and their timely follow-up. We had purchased vehicles from this Dealer about 7 years ago and had been completely satisfied. Our visit was outstanding, we noted a lot of familiar faces during our visit, and to our amazement they recognized us and by name! We couldn't have felt more welcome. General Manager: Mike Bewley, Sales Manager: Bruce Redwood both acknowledged our visit and also called us by name! The young lady ,Jolene, who assisted us with answers was attentive and friendly. Although my wife and I are still considering a few other cars I felt compelled to give this dealer a big thumbs up again. It is no wonder that this dealer has been around for so long.
