Fantastic car buying experience I went to Lapointe's just to "look" and compare some used vehicles I saw on their online inventory in preparation of trading my car in for a bigger ve I went to Lapointe's just to "look" and compare some used vehicles I saw on their online inventory in preparation of trading my car in for a bigger vehicle for our growing family. I was referred to and dealt with Jennifer Schraeder and she was very thorough in comparing their used vehicles I was considering to their new inventory. Most of all she was very respectful in keeping my physical restrictions as well as my other vehicle wants/needs in mind when suggesting vehicles to me. In the end, I got more than I expected for my trade in and a brand new van in the payment range I had hoped for. Chirs Lauzon made the financing end of things stress free and easy to complete. This is my first Dodge (used to have Mazda's) and I'm very impressed with everything so far and will be telling everyone about what an amazing experience I had and will refer as many people as I can!!! Tim was a tough cookie but an extreme pleasure to deal with. The entire Lapointes team yesterday was just awesome from the service department to the financial side of the house. Financing? Yeah. Affordable ? No. This dealership is in my experience not very good. The amount they try to get you to pay is ridicules. Yes I got my truck, not the exact one I wanted but still a ram. My salemen was horridly uninformed about the vehicle, and was quite pushy. The finance person at my time of purchase was basically an xxxxxxx just horrid. Not very good at his job. The service department? Well the service department since I have purchased my truck is amazing, fast service and generally awesome people. Now would I go back for another truck? Yes I would only because they have one on the lot that I really want but have such extremely high carryover that it won't be possible for a few years......hopefully. More
