Fantastic car buying experience I went to Lapointe's just to "look" and compare some used vehicles I saw on their online inventory in preparation of trading my car in for a bigger ve I went to Lapointe's just to "look" and compare some used vehicles I saw on their online inventory in preparation of trading my car in for a bigger vehicle for our growing family. I was referred to and dealt with Jennifer Schraeder and she was very thorough in comparing their used vehicles I was considering to their new inventory. Most of all she was very respectful in keeping my physical restrictions as well as my other vehicle wants/needs in mind when suggesting vehicles to me. In the end, I got more than I expected for my trade in and a brand new van in the payment range I had hoped for. Chirs Lauzon made the financing end of things stress free and easy to complete. This is my first Dodge (used to have Mazda's) and I'm very impressed with everything so far and will be telling everyone about what an amazing experience I had and will refer as many people as I can!!! I walked in there and told them I want this , I want that and I want that other thing as well. And guess what? I pick up my new truck on Friday. Tim was a tough cookie but an extreme pleasure to deal with. The entire Lapointes team yesterday was just awesome from the service department to the financial side of the house. Just an all around great experience. Tim,Chris and Tiffany definitely made it happen yesterday. I recommend and will definitely be going back there. More
