When I take my 2010 Tundra in for service I make sure I get Ramon. He is pleasant to deal with and if he can't answer a question he will talk with a tech so he can give me the information I need. I am very picky when it comes to my truck and I can be a pain in the neck but Ramon seems to be able to please me with the answers and explains the bill in detail to me. He then immediately called me to notify me the vehicle had arrived and stated it only had 2 kilometers on it. I was very pleased to hear this. ?
