Sorry for the delay in responding. Alex Ahn was a very good salesman. I think that this was the first time that I purchased a new cay in so short a time - test drive on friday, purchased on Saturday. I needed a new car and decided that I really wanted a Prius so was excited when Toyota's recent promotion became available. He is definitely knowledgable about the vehicles, very courteous and polite. We went for a test drive then sat down and discussed options, financing, etc. We waited until the next day to make our decision and lease a Prius Plus. Our trade-in was evaluated very promptly and fairly. Mr. Sherman did not rush the transaction at all. We then went over the lease agreement with Mr. Gleig. He was very friendly and thorough, taking time to explain things. Upon reflection, the reason I have given this dealership a high rating is due to the fact that I did not feel rushed into making decisions. I really dislike "pushy" salesmen and Mr. Sherman was definitely very pleasant, patient and not pushy! More
