Thank for your review and comments regarding your visit. We are very sorry for your bad experience and being treated poorly this is not how we normally treat our customers. We never want to be rude to any of our customers and always strive to satisfy whenever possible. In that interest we would like to respond to your comments before they go live. In regards to our pricing for our oil changes; we are competitive and in most cases lower than the shops in our surrounding area. There are differences at Toyota dealers of a few dollars due to their market area pricing. Our synthetic and regular oil change prices are the same as some of our dealers in the Lower Mainland (regular oil $54.95 + shop supplies & taxes and synthetic $64.95 + shop supplies & taxes). We do advertise our pricing online with our maintenance menu and are always clear about the price before the work is performed. If there is an objection over pricing we would like to handle it before the work is performed to eliminate any misunderstanding. As consumers research is always helpful to make right decision on where to service your vehicle. We are confident that research will show we are not only competitive but also offer value and convenience. We hope this helps you understand our process and make informed decision for your future service visits.

U can keep saying the general script u have but it won't change the competition price. ur employee has the copy of original bill from other dealer in Vancouver, that I gave him as a proof ... Not 1 but multiple dealers are cheaper than you and I have corrected my mistake by choosing not to give u guys any business for service as well as purchases. If you really valued the customer, current business and future purchases, than u would have corrected ur prices upfront. Thank you for the over charge. Good luck !

Hi Russ I bought a 05 Lexus from your dealership a few months ago. I paid a premium price for it thinking it was from a established dealership, would be problem free. The problem is in the premium audio system (Mark Levinson) The stereo cuts out on start up. This operates the heater controls, ac, Navigation,etc. After going to stereo shops that will not touch it, the Lexus dealer gave me a price of 2500 dollars for the head unit and if it is the amp that is broken that could be additional few thousand dollars.It does work sometimes. I also notice the radiator is leaking in two spots. The vehicle itself is very nice but would be nice to here radio cd traffic report. just not to happy after spending 21,000 dollars.
