Reshaud, When I came to work today ( Monday ) I saw a note on my desk that you still had concerns about the wetness of undercoat that we applied to your Rav4. While this product will develop a skin and cure over time, it does not ever get hard like a paint does. It must remain pliable to allow for the bending and flexing that takes place on the underside of the vehicle during normal driving conditions. This being said, I know how frustrated you have felt having made several trips to the dealership seeking a remedy, and now your lack of confidence in the performance of these two products. Our goal in doing the re-applications of the sound guard undercoat was to seek a solution to your concerns, not to give you the run around. Having been the South Surrey / White Rock area's Toyota dealer since 1966, we know the importance of happy customers, and I want your Rav4 ownership to be a great experience for you. Please let me know when you are able to come to the store, as I want to make sure that I am personally available so that you and I can reach a resolution that lets you get on with enjoying your Rav.
