Criminals Beyond Bad Service! I purchased lifetime oil change in 2009 for our Siena Van. We seldom get any other work done on it because we have an excellent ba Beyond Bad Service! I purchased lifetime oil change in 2009 for our Siena Van. We seldom get any other work done on it because we have an excellent back yard mechanic who does all the other repairs and maintenance .Apparently, Peace Arch Toyota doesn't like that! Several times I have brought our van in for an oil change and as soon as we take it away the tires have low or little air pressure in them. I have had to rescue my wife from a parking lot because of a flat tire. And this morning , the day after service, the van once again has a flat tire. Once, my air cleaner has had a rag jammed in it. Another time, my hub cap had the wire removed from it, and as my wife drove away from the dealer, it flew off and broke. As far as I'm concerned these are criminal acts! If anyone else has this problem, please write on this. Maybe we can start legal action. I have had enough of this!!!!!! I have actually referred 2 people to purchase a vehicle with Peace Arch because I know a sales person there. What a mistake! More

I bought my 2016 4runner through a fleet sale. I realized after I picked it up that it had a vibration in the foot peddle of the brakes. At 1600km I brought it to Peace Arch Toyota in Surrey and two mechanics took it for a test drive agreeing something was not right. They asked me to come back for a senior mechanic, which I did two weeks later. They tried to reset brake system and locked an error code into it. So they kept it to repair. Two days later I received a call from the service manager telling me they were working on the problem with Toyota Canada but were not making progress. I told him that I needed a vehicle as I was going on holidays the next morning. He told me he could not give me a vehicle as I had not purchased the vehicle through Peace Arch Toyota. I was shocked by his remark. He said they didn’t feel comfortable giving my vehicle back as it still had a brake system error on it. I said again, I need a vehicle! He then said, “If you had bought an extended warranty or bought through us we could help, sorry”. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. So I told him that I have a $57,000.00 vehicle from Toyota you will not stand behind! He told me it was complicated! I went straight down and got my 4runner back. I will never do business at Peace Arch Toyota again! I warn anyone I meet of how poorly they treated me with the repair of my 2016 4runner with only 1600km on it. Truly unbelievable! More

After doing my research I decided that Toyota would meet my requirements for reliability and low cost of ownership. I contact Peace Arch Toyota where I was very fortunate to be introduced to Mr. Kamal Dutt. He quickly arranged an appointment so that my trade-in could be appraised. The appraisal was done with no delay and, immediately thereafter, Mr. Dutt took his time to explain the bottom line price that I would be required to pay for my new Toyota in the model/configuration that I was seeking. The deal that Mr. Dutt presented seemed very reasonable and fair. But what really tipped the decision for me was Mr. Dutt’s professionalism, sincerity, and no-nonsense approach. It was clear that Mr. Dutt respected my time and, to this end, I felt respected as a customer. I am so grateful for Mr. Dutt’s exemplary service and guidance. This was truly the best experience I’ve had with a car dealership in my 30 years of driving. My praise doesn’t end here…my vehicle required a very minor adjustment. I immediately booked an appointment to bring my vehicle to the Peace Arch Toyota Service Center. Jeff Galenzoski was my Service Advisor. Between Jeff, Ramon Castillo the Assistant Service Manager, and two of their excellent mechanics (Zack and Jeff the Foreman), the problem was quickly resolved. I was in and out of the service centre within 20 minutes. I am so thoroughly impressed with the service staff. They were all so professional, kind, and extremely helpful. It is apparent that they genuinely care for their customers. I still can’t get over how quickly they all came together to resolve my issue. Thanks for an amazing experience overall. It is safe to say that Peace Arch Toyota has their customer's best interest in at heart and they have me as a customer for life. More
