The staff certainly do not go out of their way to be friendly and do not make the the customer feel special. In my experience, no one goes out of their way to get to know you as a customer. I just had my Tacoma serviced and they did not even vacuum it! The staff should go to White Rock VW or the BMW Store in order to see how to treat a customer. The customer service is okay but the customer experience is poor. I have owned my Tacoma for 1.5 years and have never been introduced to the service manager. This dealership is nothing like the store that Jake Braun started over 45 years ago. More

Treated poorly and poor business practise My experience with Peace Arch toyota so far has been very poor. I recently purchased a 2017 toyota corolla from this dealership. A financial package My experience with Peace Arch toyota so far has been very poor. I recently purchased a 2017 toyota corolla from this dealership. A financial package was presented to me which met my budget and we proceeded to complete the deal. After adding a few of the usual offered warranties, services, and extended insurances etc I was feeling less comfortable with the finances involved with my package. But I signed and drove away with my new car. I was phoned the next day to say toyota had forgotten to charge me for the snow tires that were included in the print out of my original package and that I owed them in excess of $1200. They would not negotiate with me at all or acknowledge that this was their mistake. I also have had random car payments taken directly out of my account doubling my payment on the same day. They said they had forgotten to set up my account and that I should have the payments available to them whenever they see fit to correct the payment plan. Ii guess I will be checking my bank account carefully for 7 long years. Not happy! More

Excellent Service manager The 2016 Toyota Highlander has an under-covering of plastic on the front. Provision is made for a tow hook to be installed on either side of the front The 2016 Toyota Highlander has an under-covering of plastic on the front. Provision is made for a tow hook to be installed on either side of the front bumper, should the vehicle be stuck or in need of a tow. The tow hook was standard issue until 2013, but missing from the "tool box" in following years. In communicating with Toyota Canada, knowledge of the tow hook provisional receptacle was missing, let alone of some support. Finally, Supervisor Adrian was going to contact the service department at Peace Arch Toyota. I dropped by before Adrian had a chance to contact, meeting the Service Manager Greg. Bingo!! Greg not only knew what I needed, but came out of his office to check what tow hook from used lot vehicles might fit the Highlander. He found that none of available vehicles had the sized tow hook that would fit, but surmised in discussion with the parts manager that the last Highlander standard issue tow hook from 2013 'might' fit. Auto wreckers that were contacted did not have a 2013 model, or even 2012. Ordering a 2013 tow hook solved the requirement in 24 hours. I take my hat off to Service Manager Greg Dowswell (spelling ??). He not only knew the Toyota product, but the associated idiosyncrasies of each vehicle line. He made it happen in readiness for a steep winter slope with a 180 degree switchback, that becomes difficult when snow and ice covered at +1 degrees C and above. He will be my reference point in future. More
