Insincere response to my negative review I wrote a review pertaining to the horrible service and lack of professionalism I encountered on my first and last visit to this dealership. For optics' sake' they posted a standard "we are so sorry, contact us". I was treated so badly when I attended that I insisted on getting the manager's card who was conveniently "unavailable" that day. I was given the card of Jim Vines. I wrote a lengthy letter to him asking that he hear me out begire dismissing me out of hand. He NEVER acknowledged or responded in any way, shape or form. Cars are expensive and businesses who treat their customers with dignity will take steps to correct wrongs. Not this place, not an iota of compassion. Spend your valuable money elsewhere. More
Maintenance service Had my Lexus 350 RX for maintenance service in March 2018 . A trainee Service technician reviewed the maintenance requirements but did not have the Had my Lexus 350 RX for maintenance service in March 2018 . A trainee Service technician reviewed the maintenance requirements but did not have the technical skills to explain the work they had to do . There was no supervisor to oversee her work .I complained about this oversight to the service manager who was extremely rude and refused to accept any responsibility. I found the service department to be below minimum standards and will not go back to them again and will not recommend them for others More

The staff certainly do not go out of their way to be friendly and do not make the the customer feel special. In my experience, no one goes out of their way to get to know you as a customer. I just had my Tacoma serviced and they did not even vacuum it! The staff should go to White Rock VW or the BMW Store in order to see how to treat a customer. The customer service is okay but the customer experience is poor. I have owned my Tacoma for 1.5 years and have never been introduced to the service manager. This dealership is nothing like the store that Jake Braun started over 45 years ago. More

Treated poorly and poor business practise My experience with Peace Arch toyota so far has been very poor. I recently purchased a 2017 toyota corolla from this dealership. A financial package My experience with Peace Arch toyota so far has been very poor. I recently purchased a 2017 toyota corolla from this dealership. A financial package was presented to me which met my budget and we proceeded to complete the deal. After adding a few of the usual offered warranties, services, and extended insurances etc I was feeling less comfortable with the finances involved with my package. But I signed and drove away with my new car. I was phoned the next day to say toyota had forgotten to charge me for the snow tires that were included in the print out of my original package and that I owed them in excess of $1200. They would not negotiate with me at all or acknowledge that this was their mistake. I also have had random car payments taken directly out of my account doubling my payment on the same day. They said they had forgotten to set up my account and that I should have the payments available to them whenever they see fit to correct the payment plan. Ii guess I will be checking my bank account carefully for 7 long years. Not happy! More
