I phoned first before I made the review and received a voice mail return call later that same evening. By then I had decided I did not want to feel like a bad client anymore so did not further pursue efforts to call. I had spoken to Laurel Lie the day before who basically told me the missing payment(s) should have been noted by myself and readily available to the finance department when they themselves noticed the oversight. No I hadn't noticed there was overdue payment but was made to feel like somehow that was my job. My job is actually teaching kids. I am not in business at all because that's not my strength. But my bank account noticed it when two payments were taken on the same day. Basically phoned to asked what was happening and was made to feel in the wrong (AGAIN)! Although my review is somewhat about money and feeling Toyota could have come to the table, re the snow tires; it's more about being made to feel uncomfortable and unimportant.
