Was really friendly when I walked in and was able to help out a lot. I do feel that they didnt fully come through with everything they said. I get it all the time that I bring in any of my cars to be serviced but today your I would like to point out the excellent service I received today. I get it all the time that I bring in any of my cars to be serviced but today your staff went above and beyond their normal duties and would like to thank you for it. A week or so I bought 4 new tires and rims from the services/parts department and this morning when we were washing our cars we noticed that one of my new tires had a nail in it. I called the service department and talked to Laura and I did what she told me to do. When I came in I was told that I needed a new tire due to the location of the nail so I told them to go ahead and get me a new tire to replace the defective one. Gordon as usual was helpful in getting me what I needed so that I could put a claim to the insurance and Laura helped me get the paper work started on my other defective issue with the car and both always updated me as to what was going on. Both looked after me and made me feel like I was a very important customer. While I was waiting for the tire to be delivered to your facilities Matt and Kevin from the Parts department called the Supplier of the tire and explained my situation to them. I don’t know what kind of magic they did but the Supplier of the tire paid for my tire replacement and any cost incurred in getting it replaced. Gordon, Laura, Matt and Kevin showed me why your service department is far better than any other ones I have ever dealt with since I started buying cars. I saw today how at your dealership everybody works together to help the customer resolve any problems they might have. That also includes all of the receptionists at the front but especially the young blond hair lady, (I think her name is Aislynn ) she is always smiling always in a good mood and always greets you by your name, with a smile and is very helpful. I wasn’t a happy camper when I walked in but her good humour and pleasantness made it me not so grumpy. I would like to tell you how glad I am those people work for you and how they make every customer feel….special! For that I thank you very much for having such great staff. I was very satisfied with the resolution to the concern that came up as part of my purchase. I do recommend to ensure that all costs either as TBD or known are indicated on the 'initial' contract when a d that came up as part of my purchase. In my mind, the quality of customer service is measured by how someone fixes a problem. Sometimes, problems are unavoidable, but it's how one reacts to a problem that says a lot about a company or an indiv by how someone fixes a problem. This is the 4th Hyundai purchased within my family, three of which were purchased at Pathway. After the experience I just went through, now I know why we bought from them once again. The quality of service was evident every step of the way, with special thanks to Dane, Paul, Ray and Frank for their obvious dedication to customer service. I should point out that this has been the case in the service department as well. Everyone is willing to assist.
