Had purchased a vehicle from the dealership before and due to age and mileage I had to make a critical decision whether to keep the SUV or sell it and buy a new one. Based on a very short but frank discussion with Dane Fellows, General Manager of Pathway Hyundai, a price was set for the trade and price quickly set for the new vehicle. I was given purchase options to take advantage of corporate incentives, and based on that straight forward discussion, a deal was put in place, a vehicle was located, relocated to the dealer and purchase made. Very busy dealership but base on the staff and the service department they help make doing business with a car dealership a pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
Always fast friendly service at this dealershlip. My wife and I were there one day for general servicing of our 2008 Tucson. We happen to talk to a sales manager (Keith) about a 2011 Tucson on the floor. We wanted just general basic information which was provided. We returned a few days later but it was sold.We were told that they had one left, a demo, and that we could call in advance and they would make arrangements to have the vehilce at the dealership. We did call, and eith set us up with one of his sales reps (Derek Walker). Derek was quite knowledgeable about the product and we managed to strike a deal and buy it. Of course we would have liked to get more for our trade-in and pay7 less for the new Tucson, but we feel we got the best deal possible (which is why we decided on the purchase). We picked up the vehicle a few days later and were quite pleased with the pre-work done on it. Derek also followed up with us the next day to see how things were going. More

Time of appointment was off by one hour (miscommunication I guess?). Contract not ready at pick-up time. There were small errors with contract (i.e. wrong payment date, name spelled incorrectly, etc.) whic I guess?). Contract not ready at pick-up time. Additional administrative fee added to vehicle price (for preparation of bank loan documents I understand). Minor ($76) but was not told about it in advance. I believe that all fees should be disclosed prior, or to the minimum a warning that there will be an additional adm. fee added and an estimate of its cost. Was disappointed as was not advised that car starter had not been installed on vehicle (on backorder) and I had to make appointment to go in later on; if I had known I would have asked them to push pick-up date to later as it is an inconvenience to return to service on a separate occasion. Car salesman very nice and I appreciated the follow-up call done about 1 week after pick-up of car. Felt like the salesman was genuine in his offer for me to call if any questions/concerns. Bottom line though, very happy with my new car! More
It was very easy for my wife and me to have someone who can give us some details in French. We shouldn't take this hard decision,buing a new car, without all informations: price, specifications and advanta can give us some details in French.
