We originally chose this dealership for its convinient location; however, we quickly discovered that Pathway was more that just convinience. She addressed our questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and friendliness. Pathway offered us fantastic financing options which made our vehicle choice easy on the pocket book. I have been an owner of a Hyundai since 2002 and I have been bringing my car in for repairs to Pathway Hyundai for the past few years. For the past months I've been considering purchasing a new vehicl(a Hyundai for sure)and with the great service I've always received there was no doubt I was going to bring my business to Pathway Hyundai. I was introduced to Stephane Pare(sales associate),whereupon meeting with him was most impressed with his professionalism. After test driving the the new 2012 Accent I knew this was the car for me. Stephane was knowledgable of the vehicle and thouroughly went through all the options of said vehicle. Most appreciated his calm demeanor and sincerity during the whole process from start to finish. Extra kudos to Stephane for going over and above in getting my vehicle prepped and ready in a timely fashion. VERY IMPRESSED! I recently decided to buy a used car and narrowed it down to a Hyundai Tucson. I decided to see if the dealerships had any trade-in's that might suit me. As soon as I walked into the dealership I could s to a Hyundai Tucson. I decided to see if the dealerships had any trade-in's that might suit me. As soon as I walked into the dealership I could sense that is was running like a well-oiled machine. It was buzzing with activity and everyone was seemed to be going about fulfilling their duties with confidence. I got the impression that it is the sort of place that is well managed, where employees enjoy their work. Every employee that I crossed paths with acknowledged me in some kind way. It is clear that the dealership prides itself on good client relationships. I was introduced to my salesperson, Stéphane Paré. Stéphane has above average interpersonal skills, and took the time to break the ice. We identified a suitable used car and went for a test drive and Stéphane demonstrated all of the car features very carefully. He spent a lot of time, was patient and did not rush me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I purchased the car a few days later. Stéphane was extremely professional friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend this dealership to close friends and family. More

I was dreading the two hour wait, but … as a result of the amenities available to me, I actually lost track of time! I, accomplished as much in your waiting room, as I would have, at home. I connected to your complimentary WIFI with my IPad and answered email … I was offered bottled water, tea and coffee … I watched the results of X-Factor AND … my car was washed!
