I recently decided to buy a used car and narrowed it down to a Hyundai Tucson. I decided to see if the dealerships had any trade-in's that might suit me. It was buzzing with activity and everyone was seemed to be going about fulfilling their duties with confidence. I got the impression that it is the sort of place that is well managed, where employees enjoy their work. Every employee that I crossed paths with acknowledged me in some kind way. It is clear that the dealership prides itself on good client relationships. I was introduced to my salesperson, Stéphane Paré. Stéphane has above average interpersonal skills, and took the time to break the ice. We identified a suitable used car and went for a test drive and Stéphane demonstrated all of the car features very carefully. He spent a lot of time, was patient and did not rush me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I purchased the car a few days later. Pathway Hyundai was recommended to me by a friend in 2006 when I was looking for a new car. At that time, I leased an Elantra with Frank Gamache and was so happy with the experience and with the car that whe when I was looking for a new car. At that time, I leased an Elantra with Frank Gamache and was so happy with the experience and with the car that when my lease was up in September 2011 I returned to Pathway to see Frank. With Frank's help I selected and bought a 2012 Elantra Touring. Frank and the whole team at Pathway were great again. They were very helpful, answered all my questions, discussed payment and other, and arranged for my financing. I had left the purchase of the new car until my lease was almost up and even with a tight timeline they were still able to get me the car (in the colour I wanted) in only a couple of days. They handled everything for us and again made the not necessarily fun task of buying a car stess free and pleasant. A short while later we were unfortunately in an accident and although we were OK, we once again needed a new car. Frank and everyone at Pathway took care of everything for us and arranged for us to get the exact same car incredibly quickly. Thanks to them we were able to get back to normal much faster. I was already recommending this dealership and Frank to my friends looking for cars after the first car I leased there. I will definitely continue to return myself in future and to recommend them after these recent experiences. My thanks goes out to all the Pathway staff and especially to Frank Gamache. More

When shopping for two new vehicles, Stephane was recommended to us by our mechanic. Throughout the entire process, he was a very friendly salesman.
