Pathway Hyundai was recommended to me by a friend in 2006 when I was looking for a new car. At that time, I leased an Elantra with Frank Gamache and was so happy with the experience and with the car that whe when I was looking for a new car. With Frank's help I selected and bought a 2012 Elantra Touring. Frank and the whole team at Pathway were great again. They were very helpful, answered all my questions, discussed payment and other, and arranged for my financing. I had left the purchase of the new car until my lease was almost up and even with a tight timeline they were still able to get me the car (in the colour I wanted) in only a couple of days. They handled everything for us and again made the not necessarily fun task of buying a car stess free and pleasant. A short while later we were unfortunately in an accident and although we were OK, we once again needed a new car. Frank and everyone at Pathway took care of everything for us and arranged for us to get the exact same car incredibly quickly. Thanks to them we were able to get back to normal much faster. I was already recommending this dealership and Frank to my friends looking for cars after the first car I leased there. I will definitely continue to return myself in future and to recommend them after these recent experiences. My thanks goes out to all the Pathway staff and especially to Frank Gamache. More

When shopping for two new vehicles, Stephane was recommended to us by our mechanic. Throughout the entire process, he was a very friendly salesman. The dealership has a modern, bright and spotless look with lots of inventory to choose from. My wife Barbara and I felt comfortable with Mr.Perry and the deal he had presented to us so we purchased a new 2012 Santa Fe. Shelly Brown, the business manager that looked after the financing and paperwork was very friendly and efficient. She made us feel at ease. We are very pleased with our first experience with Pathway Hyundai. More
A friend and Hyundai mechanic (from another dealership) pointed us to Pathway to look at a specific vehicle (2007 Hyundai Entourage) and told us that Pathway had a good reputation and was willing to negoti pointed us to Pathway to look at a specific vehicle (2007 Hyundai Entourage) and told us that Pathway had a good reputation and was willing to negotiate. We took the van for a good test drive (highway and off road) and liked the way it felt and handled... solid with little road noise and comfortable to sit in and drive. After visiting at least six other dealers, before and after our visit to Pathway we decided on the Entourage. It was not our first choice, but fit within our budget range. And in the end, the main selling point, besides the low mileage (U.S. vehicle), great look and excellent condition of this vehicle, had to be the professional and attentive assistance that we received from salesperson Zena Magennis. She devoted her full time to our purchase and Pathway was the only dealer that gave us some wiggle room to deal on price. (Most of the other dealers would not negotiate and a few were downright unfriendly, could-not-care-less attitude and even insulting!) Our rating is close to a five all around but: - we dropped the "Quality of Work" to a 4 (no 3.5 available) because we have had to return three to four times to fix a problem with the driver's side sliding door (we felt it should have been fixed properly the first time) also on our last visit, one of the mechanics left a very dirty/greasy footprint on the floor/rug. Someone tried to clean it but it appears to have left a permanent stain. - The "Price" was good but not great... we know that the vehicle was whole-saled and we saw a few other makes that were better priced...but even at four-to-five years old, the 2007 Entourage (as you know they stopped making them) stands up to anything else we have seen in its year and price-range and it just fit within our assigned budget. - We also found the front-end staff (service and info/cash) to be courteous, friendly and helpful. In the end it came down to your salesperson, Zena. Our first encounter made the deal and her after-purchase assistance has been helpful as well. Incidentally, after purchasing this fine vehicle, we drove it over 5000 miles (I said it was an American vehicle) in good and stormy weather to southwestern Saskatchewan and back without so much as a whisper. (The only hitch was the sliding door. We had it "fixed" before we left but during the trip, it stuck... anyone sitting beside it could not open it from the inside and we had to constantly open the door from the outside... a minor inconvenience as we had few people sitting there.) The vehicle is smooth driving, has great pick-up and passing gear (where it was needed on the prairies... speed limit in Manitoba 100 km/h and Saskabush 110 km/h!) The only thing that passed us were those good-old boys from Alberta, driving their pick-up trucks! More
