My car getting old, I proceeded on searching for a new vehicule and set my aim on a hyundai. Since I live in the Outaouais region near Ottawa, I started looking for dealerships in that area but was very d vehicule and set my aim on a hyundai. That's when I was refered to the Hyundai dealership in Orleans and to Gordon Ouimet working there. And also, that's when I was introduced to quality services; Gord is very professionnal and answers questions honestly and without prejudices. Gord is bilingual and as a french speaker, I also liked the idea of being served in my native language. I highly recommand this dealership and if you can, get an appointment with Gord Ouimet! More

Tim's,patient understanding interactions and response to questions about the mechanics of the car were appreciated. Follow up was efficient and effective. Employees I met, were a class act. Both Aislin and Eloise are to be congratulated in steering me in the right direction, while offering a fresh cup of coffee. We really enjoyed experience at this dealer. We have been recommended by another customers about a specific dealer witch was Mr. Gordon Ouimet. At first, Gordon went out with us or a test drive. We basicly tried all equipement and engine componant in a specific spot. In addition, I would like to say that verbal communication was very good due to the fact that Gordon was speaking to us in our native language witch is French. However, we have been desapointed about the quality of service that we received from the Finance Manager. A lot of confusion were located onto the final contract. We basicly feel like not serious customer. After review, we finnaly sign for buying the car. I hope that in the near future, that the experience we have gotten so far would be the same. I would like to thank Patrick Kearnan for taking over Gordon during his day off. As a result, we were able to get the car faster. More

They have gone above and beyond to address my concerns and to rectify the situation. Thank You! I wrote that I would not recommend this delership because of what happenned next: After signing the sales contract, we were introduced to the Business Development Manager. He tried to sell us an anti-corrosion device ($1300+). We already had one in the trade-in vehicle and wanted that one transfered to the new vehicle. We were told that it could cost as much as $560 dollars because they would have to redo some electrical wiring, but that if we left it in we would get a rebate on a new system. We declined. The gentleman did not appear happy with this decision. Afterward, I checked on that anti-corrosion device on the Internet. The Business Development Manager appeared to not know what he was talking about because there was no electrical wiring involved. I dare not think that he boldly lied to our faces! Could it be? Anyhow, I removed the device myself in about 15 minutes and will reinstall it in the new vehicle all by myself. $560 for that? Well, it turns out that when we purchased that previous vehicle, they got us to purchase that device by saying that a similar device sold for a few hundred dollars at Canadian Tire could void the vehicles warranty as it would require cutting into the electrical system to install it... Do you see a pattern here? So I would probably buy another Hyundai vehicle, and maybe even at the same dealership, but buyer beware; you are dealing with car salespeople after all... More
My husband and I went in to buy a new Elantra Touring. We had Stephane as our sales representative. He took care of everything..and I mean everything.. He was such a pleasure to deal with. He filled all our needs and took us through the buying process with the greatest of ease. He was not pushy, did not talk down to us and didn’t try to cheat us. He answered all our questions, usually before we even had to ask them (very thorough).He also walked us through the entire vehicle from front to back educating us on all the features. When we went in to pick up the car he further demonstrated how he fully takes care of his clients. When the service technician was installing our window tinting he fell and scratched the side of our car. Stephane told us about this right away and told us that it would be professionally fixed and painted and we would be given another car to drive during all this. The way he handled the situation made me beyond happy and even more satisfied with purchasing my car from him. He truly cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to ensure they are happy and are receiving a quality car. I would highly recommend Pathway Hyundai and especially Stephane Pare as I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience there. I will be a returning customer!! We were stuck and in a jam. We got a call from our leasing company (not a Hyundai), telling us that the car was due back at the beginning of the month, and we had gone over the allotted time. We thought we had another month to make a decision to purchase our leased car, re-lease, or purchase something new. We came to the staff at Pathway Hyundai, and they explained in detail all of the good and bad results for all scenarios. We test drove cars and trucks, before deciding on the Hyundai Veracruz, which really fits our lifestyle, and our budjet. The staff, both Greg and Ray, spent all of the time needed to help us come to this decision, and they didn't rush us in any way. My wife and I both detest when you are left sitting in the dealership while the salesperson "goes to ask his manager" for every simple question, and this didn't happen at all. We left the dealership with our new car feeling like they had given us all of the tools and information to help us make a wise choice. Our only complaint is that they were too courteous, after being offered coffe or water by multiple staff members!! More
