They have gone above and beyond to address my concerns and to rectify the situation. Thank You! I wrote that I would not recommend this delership because of what happenned next: After signing the sales contract, we were introduced to the Business Development Manager. He tried to sell us an anti-corrosion device ($1300+). We already had one in the trade-in vehicle and wanted that one transfered to the new vehicle. We were told that it could cost as much as $560 dollars because they would have to redo some electrical wiring, but that if we left it in we would get a rebate on a new system. We declined. The gentleman did not appear happy with this decision. Afterward, I checked on that anti-corrosion device on the Internet. The Business Development Manager appeared to not know what he was talking about because there was no electrical wiring involved. I dare not think that he boldly lied to our faces! Could it be? Anyhow, I removed the device myself in about 15 minutes and will reinstall it in the new vehicle all by myself. $560 for that? Well, it turns out that when we purchased that previous vehicle, they got us to purchase that device by saying that a similar device sold for a few hundred dollars at Canadian Tire could void the vehicles warranty as it would require cutting into the electrical system to install it... Do you see a pattern here? So I would probably buy another Hyundai vehicle, and maybe even at the same dealership, but buyer beware; you are dealing with car salespeople after all... More
My husband and I went in to buy a new Elantra Touring. We had Stephane as our sales representative. He took care of everything..and I mean everything.. He was such a pleasure to deal with. He filled all our needs and took us through the buying process with the greatest of ease. He was not pushy, did not talk down to us and didn’t try to cheat us. He answered all our questions, usually before we even had to ask them (very thorough).He also walked us through the entire vehicle from front to back educating us on all the features. When we went in to pick up the car he further demonstrated how he fully takes care of his clients. When the service technician was installing our window tinting he fell and scratched the side of our car. Stephane told us about this right away and told us that it would be professionally fixed and painted and we would be given another car to drive during all this. The way he handled the situation made me beyond happy and even more satisfied with purchasing my car from him. He truly cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to ensure they are happy and are receiving a quality car. I would highly recommend Pathway Hyundai and especially Stephane Pare as I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience there. I will be a returning customer!! We were stuck and in a jam. We got a call from our leasing company (not a Hyundai), telling us that the car was due back at the beginning of the month, and we had gone over the allotted time. We thought we had another month to make a decision to purchase our leased car, re-lease, or purchase something new. We came to the staff at Pathway Hyundai, and they explained in detail all of the good and bad results for all scenarios. We test drove cars and trucks, before deciding on the Hyundai Veracruz, which really fits our lifestyle, and our budjet. The staff, both Greg and Ray, spent all of the time needed to help us come to this decision, and they didn't rush us in any way. My wife and I both detest when you are left sitting in the dealership while the salesperson "goes to ask his manager" for every simple question, and this didn't happen at all. We left the dealership with our new car feeling like they had given us all of the tools and information to help us make a wise choice. Our only complaint is that they were too courteous, after being offered coffe or water by multiple staff members!! More
Stephane Pare is the best.He makes you feel as if you are the only one he has to deal with.We had a Santa Fe and traded it in for a Tuscon.We liked the Tuscon but it sure wasn't a Santa Fe .We went to talk t the only one he has to deal with.We had a Santa Fe and traded it in for a Tuscon.We liked the Tuscon but it sure wasn't a Santa Fe .We went to talk to Stephane and he was there for us .We have our Santa Fe now and we could,'t be happier.This vehicle is the best. I live 20 minutes to the East of this dealership and was driving on Youville Drive in Orleans looking to buy a used car. I was aware of Pathway Hyundia but not that it was on Youville Drive. I was looking f driving on Youville Drive in Orleans looking to buy a used car. I was aware of Pathway Hyundia but not that it was on Youville Drive. I was looking for a place to turn around and head back home when I happened upon Pathway Hyundai. I began looking at used cars in the lot and was approached by an employee who asked me if I needed to see a salesman. I told him I was just looking for now. I was not approached by anyone and was allowed to look at the cars I might purchase. After making some choices I went into the dealership and was met by salesman Anthony Sirianni. Anthony was polite, very calm when he spoke and at no time did he cause me to feel that I was being pressured. We checked cars together and he obtained prices and kms for me. We went inside to discuss a potential purchase. During this process, Anthony did not try and pressure me to buy. We discussed costs and he spoke with his Sales Manager Keith Tiedtke. Keith eventually came to see me and offered my a great deal on a 2012 Elantra. It was too good to pass up and I made the deal adding extra packages onto the vehicle. I told Keith at that time how impressed I was with Anthony and that he was a great asset to Pathway. Anthony stayed with me throughout the buying stages and then in receiving my vehicle on a later date. He was quite professional, thorough and listened to what I was saying. Anthony did a wonderful job and I would recommend him to anyone as a salesman who will provide the best customer care possible. I would buy a car from Anthony again in the future. I also like how all of the employees I met at reception, Parts and Service were all so friendly and each congratulated me on my car purchase. I have already spoken to one of my brothers about my car and the quality of the customer service. He is interested in contacting Pathway and Anthony Sirianni in June to discuss buying a new vehicle.
